The Company's Nigerian Affiliate has applied to the concessionaire NNPC for formal consent to the change in control of the Nigerian Affiliate.






So it seems obvious that they do not have control but have been spending money in on drilling prospects.There have been good posts on LSE and believe me they think Essar are the problem or it could even be Agamore Energy.

Who actually owns the licence.
Has it been officially tranferred to Shorecan or is it still in the hands of Essar (63%) and Agamore Energy (37%).

You see Blueblood I have bought all mine below the last placing and some well below and only been in for few weeks.

Another tip as well for as well as buy low, buy just before the news it is for the best.
