Desperation springs to mind , or delusion , Art only cut costs recently , but looking at him in his videos , his physical demeanour screams depression and self indulgence
No self discipline there , so why should there be any discipline else where .... ?
This experience imposed of strict fiscal regulation might bring the best out of him yet ?

How are the BoD fulfilling their duties just placing at ever decreasing prices to pay salaries. They need to change direction and unless financing is imminent look at other options such as JV or selling some WI imo.
