A large international offshore service provider approached COPL to bid for the appraisal wells. Discussions are ongoing.

Do they have to to pay $7m for the Performance Bond ..split 50/50 so do Copl have to pay $3.5m to get it issued?

or is a Performance Bond simply a loan to Shorecan?

Why not just update the Market that funding is nearly completed for the Performance Bond so it can be released.Once thats done approvals and drilling permit will be granted and then we can move to drilling.Unless there is a skeleton in the cupboard which i hope not.

I have been a LTH and don't post much on here but unless Art provides an update, this could very easily go below the 52 week low at this rate. He has had enough time to get things together and if there has been a delay then at least let us know rather than the radio silence. This silence is what is killing sentiment and bringing down the share price Come on Art, we deserve some kind of an update
