Ed,I believe that because of our duel listing on the Canadian Exchange TR1 threshold is 10% and not the 3%.However thats just a sidetrack point to Halfwits fantasy that is going on here.

Also all these significant holder theories don't hold water either as there's not been a TR-1 since sometime before 2015 (stopped looking when I got back that far). So anyone holding 3% or more back then has been significantly diluted since and would have had to notify once they dropped below 3%.

Also ask him why £5m, as alt financing goes to get Noa going that seems too small. Shorecan need to raise $20m to get access to those other financial arrangements as well as service financing. That won't include financing for the parent company COPL and will need money above the subsidiary level for wc etc.
