Cant believe we were at 10p-11p just a few weeks ago now we are hoping for 2p.We need a 2nd drill RNS asap. I think we will get it soon as they still have the rig booked until jan 2017 and they will not want it booked out by someone else preventing a second drill.

Dean lol for my new title which i adore

Tx for the post

However, despite the very TEMPORARILY bad news, i strongly believe the maths of the drop is nonsense

Above all exxon will think 10 times about those 230m invested.

Im totally positive.

A little anedoct

Im 57, never smoked, hardly drink, very healthy life. We are italians!

Diagnosed with suspect lung cancer 3 years ago.
The report was scary, im a trained biologist and cd understand a lot.

A golf ball formation on my right lung.
Spitting blood and coughing.

You know what?
i NEVER believed it.

And i was right.

Dreadful infection cured by powerful antibiotics.

Im very positive by nature, but as a former scientist i base my positive attitude on rationality.

So...

The dry well is not dry.
It is not cancer.

The well has billions of barrels.

Just wait.

The focus at present IMO should be with OPL226 this asset alone is worth far more than current mcap given the advanced stage of development. No wildcat exploration wells just bread & butter appraisal wells, which will be financed externely from COPL.

No one is walking away from Liberia... update in January.

The PSC is expected in Q4 2016 in Equatorial Guinea for block EG-013 so news potentially on that front anytime.

Arthur's last share purchase was made at $0.04 (CAD) 2.42p therefore a very good opportunity for him at the current price if his quote from yesterdays podcast " Nigeria will ROCK YOUR SOCKS OFF" (podcast 29m10s) time to put your money where your mouth is Arthur & the BOD along with Viscount William Astor....

Gimme I was joking

The excessive drop (unthinkable with this magnitude and totally disproportionate to the event and ITS CONTEXT if the shares had been more liquid: ONLY 40% IN FREE FLOAT IS EXCEPTIONAL) has created a huge buy opportunity

Any MILDLY positive news will push the share price above 2-3 p with the same rapidity of the fall, exactly because of the extreme low liquidity

I now cannot think but of neutral or positive news

My bet is directors will buy very soon

Positive to the share price in the near term would be for XOM and COPL to agree to drill a second well.....walking away would, obviously be negative....

OPL-226 is further off and needs a sea bed evaluation and funding....the CEO said since this is an already pre-drilled prospect with well supportive data, they may be able to do it without diluting equity....which shareholders would welcome....

I'm in a stock called Simba energy.

They have the coastal onshore block next to block 13 and I have seen the oil seeps and spoken to the ex Exxon geologist who was going to drill in the 80s but had to leave due to civil war. He says this oil is migrating from this area onshore.

It we be madly nice but 3p in the very near feature is very realistic

If this share hadnt been so illiquid it wd have fallen by no more than 20-30% on that rns?

Would you agree?

Nicky

Why I have invested!!

Exxon major partner worlds biggest oil company and no junior gets a partner like them.

120 million spend as part of the deal with COPL so far about half spent. So money left for another drill.

Exxon targeting 4 billion barrels of oil, 18% to COPL if the hit which is 800 million barrels of oil and at 1 usd per barrel could be worth 800 million USD, but oil in Arica in the ground is worth 5 usd.

Exxon currently spent 230 million usd on block 13 so they will want a return on that expenditure so it is highly likely they will dril further prospects and leads after reviewing the current data from the drill they just completed.

5 million in the bank no cost or exposure to Liberia.

This could return £1.00 minimum per share if they hit ;-))
