17/2/2021 13:20 | I'm wondering whether the fella who sold Atomic is kicking himself now. I guess very few people foresaw that POO would recovery so strongly in the last couple of months. | ride daice
17/2/2021 12:57 | Thank You. | ride daice
17/2/2021 12:35 | Even though there's lots of shares in issue now they still seem to be fairly tightly held. Some of the last placings were with Arts mates and industry contacts and they'll know that the scale of the Atomic deal makes these very cheap. Cost price of about $2.18 per boe paid, WTI now circa $60/bbl. Regards, Ed. | edgein
17/2/2021 11:55 | I'm not very knowledgeable about how the trades go through but is it surprising to see that NT's are in place when there are 10 billion shares in issue ? | ride daice
17/2/2021 11:50 | Massive buy quantity today. Must be due to pop ? | wapper
17/2/2021 11:32 | Tell you what did happen today though, another 50m buy at 0.27p. :) Someone's keen ahead of news. Regards, Ed. | edgein
16/2/2021 08:28 | 38m buy just reported it was timed at 6:30pm yesterday. I guess given the importance of the closing of the Atomic deal Art is likely to release news like this when both markets are open or at least Canadian pre-market. I wouldn't think the Canadians would be too chuffed if we were to get a 6.5hr head start. Regards, Ed. | edgein
15/2/2021 17:03 | Do they have any money left?. | thehitman1
14/2/2021 23:03 | So will we get an update this week?! | aim4spacker
14/2/2021 00:06 | Has this thing got any prospects or is just a piggybank for Millholland to dip into? | beergut
13/2/2021 18:19 | Chief Bankrupt lol | jamie414
12/2/2021 18:40 | No real movement. I guess we have to wait till Tuesday. Canada closed on Monday. Good luck guys. | inartwetrust
12/2/2021 11:28 | "Closing of the Credit Facility, which is not yet legally binding, is expected on or about the week of February 15, 2021 and is subject to typical closing conditions, which include entering into a formal Lending Agreement. At closing, draw down of the Credit Facility would allow the Company to complete the acquisition of Atomic and its related entities." :) Regards, Ed. | edgein
11/2/2021 23:46 | Good movement today. Hopefully we can continue into the weekend!! | inartwetrust
10/2/2021 13:56 | asm, Definitely the Atomic Oil and Gas deal with 31mmboe of 2P is likely to see the share price go nuclear here! :) The first transformational deal for COPL, we're closing in on the mid month target now too. Material 2P reserves and rapidly growing production, well worth the wait as you suggest. Regards, Ed. | edgein
10/2/2021 13:10 | It’s well worth the wait Ed. | asm5
10/2/2021 12:42 | Its starting to feel like its approaching critical mass very soon. :) Regards, Ed. | edgein
08/2/2021 07:38 | Good stuff to see RF etc paid off from cash clearing the books ahead of Atomic assets. Also interesting the comments related to Africa, looks like they're looking at assets outside of Nigeria independently of Shorecan. Hmm I wonder if the WA EOR project talked about is a solo project like Atomic deal. Regards, Ed. | edgein
03/2/2021 10:22 | Little top up for me @ 0.235p | supertag
03/2/2021 08:47 | Nice to see a sea of blue for a change. Up we go | cahus
03/2/2021 08:28 | Very busy trading this morning already with 10m and 24m buys just reported, perhaps some expecting some action before the anticipated mid month financial close. Regards, Ed. | edgein
01/2/2021 09:12 | As we indicated in October of last year, face to face or in person meetings are required. Exchange of brown paper bags? | dgarvey
01/2/2021 07:44 | Good stuff, Essar extended to April which allows them to focus on closing the Atomic deal. That couldn't have happened at a better time as the oil price is holding above $50/bbl and Art got these for just $2.18/boe! This is going to be a busy month for COPL regardless of Essar. Regards, Ed. | edgein |
