RBM, just a hypothetical question and in a carlsberg scenario, let’s say summit do look after the small shareholders and we recovered some or all of our losses, would the class action still be appropriate for them, would it then mainly be about recovering losses for those that had already sold out ?

RBMinvest i have painstaking put together my trading account losses and sipp losses with passport photo added utility bill copy of bank statement and whatever else was asked for last Friday have chased up non reply over last few days and even phoned them in Guildford yesterday with an assurance they would ring or email me back ie Michael cotter himself not a diki bird back not sure what to do now just feel it doesn't bode well for our action ahead got to the point do i want to throw 200 +vat on this anymore already lost 8500 thousand anyway will email coplsharewatch early tomorrow when I'm home again what a fiasco

Seriously have a think. Do you think the court are going to pay losses From Arthur all the way to the current lot?

How much would that put them in dock to pay PIs? 100m or 200m?
