If the Senior Lender now has their man Peter Kravitz in charge of the company as per the progress report filed 06/03/24 why would they now go ahead with the forbearance and why would COPL need to file for insolvency?

Having said that Kravitz was appointed to restructure the company so there is the added risk of a lengthy suspension if the company is restructured on a debt of equity basis.
