Again thank you. I agree with your conversions from thousands of tons to barrels of oil. I believe the 18.746 million barrels is oil in place. Have you any idea of the recovery factor to be applied?

Imho, the (entire) Monastyretska Oil License has important upside potential in terms of Oil Reserves & Resources than:
1) last C.P.R. (dated march 2016) informations & data;
2) Oil Reserves/Resources indicated on the Cadogan Petroleum web site;
3) Monastyretska reservoir study (september 2018 - please ref. Cadogan Petroleum press release 27/09/2018) informations and data;

Report
The purpose of the work is the geological and economic assessment of hydrocarbon reserves and their associated components and the feasibility study of the extraction coefficients of the Blazhiv oil field.
Research methods - analysis of the refined geological model by the results of seismic exploration, well drilling, as well as the industrial development of deposits.
In the work, the available information on the Blazhiv deposit (seismic and well drilling materials) was worked out, which made it possible to clarify the geological structure of the area and to calculate hydrocarbon reserves and resources.
The Blazhiv oil field is located in the northwestern part of the Borislav oil field in the West Ukrainian oil and gas province.
As a result of exploration, two deposits of oil were discovered at the Blazhivska Structure.
The first is revealed by wells # 1-Blazhiv, # 3 Blazhiv and # 3-Blazh-Monastery in the straight wing of the fold.
The second oil deposit belongs to the folded wing of the Blazhiv fold.
It is opened by well No. 3-Blessed Monastery.
Within the Monastyrets'ka fold, the deposit in the Eocene deposits according to the results of well drilling # 50-Blazhiv is allocated.
Based on the above works, a geological and economic evaluation of the Blazhiv oil field was performed and the technical and economic indicators of the optimal variant of development were established.
The work was performed according to the current instruction of SCC of Ukraine "On the content, design and procedure of submission to the SCC of Ukraine of materials of geological and economic evaluation of oil and gas fields", K., 1999.
Geological and economic evaluation of the Blazhiv deposit is being conducted for the first time.

According to the report "Initial geological and economic assessment (GEO-3) of hydrocarbon resources of the Monastyretskaya area (except for the Blazhiv oil field)" [5] within the northern block of the Blazhivka fold and the south-eastern block of drillings, the exploration wells are expected to be drilled. , 101-Blazh, 102-Blazh and 103-Blah (depths of 3450m each).

Exploration wells are being erected to evaluate and develop productive oil wells, which will also help provide the state with energy resources for its own production.
The final products are oil and associated petroleum gas.

From the northern block of the Blazhiv structure for the economically feasible development period of 2022-2052 it is expected to produce 143.1 thousand tons of oil and 55.75 million m³ of oil gas.

From the southeastern block of the Monastyrets structure for the profitable development period 2021 - 2034 the estimated production will be 12.78 thousand tons of oil and 4.77 million m³ of oil gas.

The extracted hydrocarbon products will be supplied through oil pipelines from wells to the existing Blazhiv Oil Refinery for the preparation of oil for the transportation and use of separated associated petroleum gas for own needs of the subsoil user (heating of the coolant in the block boiler and electric power oil and gas).

The planned activity will not affect the state of health of the population due to the short duration and interruption in the time of carrying out works on the construction of each of the four project wells and construction of oil pipelines from them to the NZP Blazhivskoye field, insignificant volumes of emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and places planned activities.

These works are planned to be implemented in the period from 2022 to 2028 (with an interval of construction of wells and oil pipelines every two years, whereby the process of construction of these facilities will take 3-4.5 months).

Calculations of the dispersion of pollutants in atmospheric air (analysis of calculations given in 5.3.1) show that the maximum surface concentrations of all pollutants at the boundary of the regulatory sanitary protection zone (500 m) will be less than the established MPC (taking into account the background) meets the sanitary and environmental requirements. and, the likelihood of adverse effects in the population is extremely low. Noise load, impact of vibration and other negative factors on residential areas during the implementation of the planned economic activity, as well as during construction works are expected within the norm. There are also no risks to human health related to electromagnetic and radiation effects in connection with the absence of these factors in carrying out the planned activity. The calculated risk of the planned activity on public health is estimated as "negligibly small".

According to the legislation, the decision on the implementation of this planned activity will be a Special Permit for the Use of Subsoil.

The purpose of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (AIA) is the environmental justification for the feasibility of geological exploration for oil and gas wells, including the exploration and production of hydrocarbons, followed by the extraction of oil, gas (industrial development) at the designated area, environmental degradation, environmental protection and environmental protection, rational use and reproduction of natural resources in the process of implementation of the planned activities, and with a view to making management decisions regarding their implementation taking into account public, public and private interests.
Administratively, the place of implementation of the planned activity is located on the territory of the Staro Sambir and Sambir districts of Lviv region. Within the boundaries of the area of ​​work, the following settlements are partly or closely located: villages Koblo, Strashevichi Strashevichi rural town and villageVolya Volyansky village council of Starosambirsky district and Chukva village, Blazhiv, Berezhnitsa, Mlyn, Volia-Blazhivska, Cholovka district).

The area of ​​the planned activity is dominated by deciduous landscapes with a high degree of ecological balance (the ratio of forest, meadow and wetlands to the amount of arable land). The climate of the area is moderately continental. According to the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of Lviv Regional State Administration planned activities, no nature conservation facilities (Annex B).
There are no industrial enterprises in the territory of the planned activity, there are also no centralized water intakes. The implementation of the planned activity will be carried out after obtaining the permission of "YUSENKO NADRA" LLC for special permission for geological exploration, incl.
experimental and industrial development of oil and gas fields within the Monastyrets'ka Square (except for the Blazhiv Oil Field). In order to achieve maximum efficiency of industrial development of oil and gas in the area of ​​geological exploration, it is planned to carry out each of the drilled wells, oil. For contracting of wells construction and pipeline construction LLC "YUSENKO NADRA" will engage specialized enterprises on a contractual basis. and an oil and gas complex that has the experience and technical capacity to perform such work in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.

The planned activity will be implemented in two consecutive stages.
At the first stage of the planned activity, seismic surveys will be carried out in order to detail the geological structure of the territory and to identify possible oil deposits.
It is planned to carry out research on geophysical profiles with a total length of 50.0 km.
According to the results of geophysical work, the drilling sites of exploration wells will be determined.

The second stage is the drilling of four project exploration wells and the arrangement of productive wells and the construction of oil pipelines from them to the Blazhivskoye Oil Refinery.
Wells are planned to be drilled in the period 2022-2028, that is, one well in two years.
The specific locations of the project wells will be determined by the results of the detailed seismic exploration works, which will be carried out at the first stage of the planned activity.
The location of the exploration wells will be selected at a sufficient distance from the settlements so that their sanitary protection zone (500 m) is maintained. will be provided by individual well construction projects.
These projects will be subject to an environmental impact assessment procedure as required by law.

From the Blazhiv structure for the economically feasible development period of 2022 - 2052 it is expected to produce 143.1 thousand tons of oil and 55.75 million m³ of oil gas.
From the Monastyrets structure for the profitable development period of 2021 - 2034, the estimated production will be 12.78 thousand tons of oil and 4.77 million m³ of oil gas.

Obtaining geological information on the growth of hydrocarbon reserves, supplying energy to the population and industry, paying rent for
subsoil use.
Oil and gas production is a source of replenishment of local and state budgets, strengthening of Ukraine's fuel and energy base and creation of new jobs in the region (the locals will be overwhelmingly serviced by the planned personnel).
The local population is interested in the development of the oil and gas industry, since the allocation of funds between budgets of different levels involves the transfer of 2% of the rent for the use of subsoil to the district budgets, the transfer of 3% to the budgets of the united territorial communities and 2% to the regional budgets by location (location) relevant natural resources.
Hydrocarbons are planned to be extracted from wells located outside settlements. Sanitary areas around hydrocarbon production, transportation and collection facilities will be adhered to. The planned activity is safe for the local population and
complies with the current environmental legislation.

Geologic e exploration of oil and gas wells, including the development of hydrocarbons, with the subsequent extraction of oil, gas (industrial development) in within the Monastyrets'ka Square (except Blazhiv Oil Field), four project exploration wells of 100-Blazh, 101-Blazh, 102-Blazh, 103-Blazh (approximate depth of 3500 m each) will be carried out with the help of pumping equipment production to the Blazhivskoye field deposit will be carried out by pipelines, with an estimated length of up to 5 km.

11. The planned volume of studies and the level of detail of the information to be included in the environmental impact assessment report The planned volume of studies and the level of detail of the information to be included in the environmental impact assessment report will be fulfilled in accordance with the requirements of Art. 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Environmental Impact Assessment".
12. Environmental Impact Assessment Procedure and Opportunities for Public Participation An entity's planned activity can have a significant environmental impact and, therefore,
is subject to environmental impact assessment in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Environmental Impact Assessment”. Environmental Impact Assessment is a procedure that involves:
- preparation of an environmental impact assessment report by the entity;
- public discussion of the planned activity;
- analysis by the notified body of the EIA report, of any additional information provided by the entity, as well as information received from the public during the public consultation, during the implementation of the transboundary impact assessment procedure,
other information;
- providing the competent authority with a reasoned opinion on the environmental impact assessment, taking into account the results of the analysis provided for in paragraph five of this paragraph;
- taking into account the conclusion of the environmental impact assessment in the decision to carry out the planned activity referred to in paragraph 14 of this notice.
In conclusion of the environmental impact assessment, the competent authority, based on the environmental impact assessment of the planned activity, determines the admissibility or justification of the inadmissibility of carrying out the planned activity and determines the environmental conditions of its implementation.
It is forbidden to start carrying out the planned activity without an environmental impact assessment and to obtain a decision on the implementation of the planned activity.
The environmental impact assessment procedure provides for the right and opportunities for the public to participate in this process, including at the stage of discussing the scope of research and the level of detail
information to be included in the environmental impact assessment report, as well as at the stage of consideration by the notified body of the business entity of the environmental impact assessment report
the environment.
During the public consultation phase of the environmental impact assessment report, the public is given at least 25 working days to submit any comments and suggestions on the environmental impact assessment and planned activities, as well as to participate in public
hearings.

13. Public discussion of the scope of the research and the level of detail of the information to be included in the environmental impact assessment report.
Within 20 working days of the date of publication of this notice on the official website of the notified body, the public shall have the right to provide the notified body referred to in paragraph 15 of this notice with comments and suggestions on the planned activity, the scope of studies and the level of detail of the information to be included in the report. environmental impact assessments.
When submitting such comments and suggestions, please provide the registration number of the environmental impact assessment case of the planned activity in the Unified Environmental Impact Assessment Register (indicated on the first page of this notice).
This will greatly simplify the process of roaring and consider your comments and suggestions.
If such comments and proposals are received from the public, they will be placed in the Unified Environmental Impact Assessment Register and transmitted to the entity (within three working days of receipt).
Persons providing comments and suggestions, by their signature, certify their consent to the processing of their personal data. When preparing an environmental impact assessment report, the entity is obliged to fully, partially or reasonably reject the public comments and suggestions made in the course of the public discussion of the scope of research and the level of detail of the information to be provided.

14. Decision on carrying out the planned activity
According to the legislation, the decision on the implementation of this planned activity will be:
obtaining a special permit for the use of subsoil for geological exploration of oil and gas wells, including the exploratory and industrial development of hydrocarbon fields, with the subsequent extraction of oil, gas (industrial development of fields) within the Monastiretska area (except for the Blazhiv oil field part) of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Environmental Impact Assessment") issued by the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine
