So over the past week, four directors have between them bought just shy of £100k's worth of shares.
Buying started at 12p and the most recent at 15p.

Mr Suckling buying in before any market announcement re Amapa.....not long to wait; he must have an inkling as to how the talks in Brazil are going.

All the current news is indicating that the sP will rise ......and it is day by day .slowly but sure .
It’s looking like 16 p will go soon . Any thoughts ?

Nice to see confidence in the share price from the board. However, it does mean we are unlikely to see any meaningful progress this week. All the signs are looking good for a completion of the Amapa deal, it's just going to take time.

monday should be interesting especially if Amapa news drops that will send us to 50p so EMH is a nice little 5p bonus

#EMH market cap now £64.6m
#KDNC market cap is £20.47m

KDNC owns 19% of EMH, so £12.2m of that market cap.

Do you really think their stakes in MacArthur Minerals, Amapa, Cinovec, Sonora and Yangibana only equates to £8m?

EMH + 35% today.
KDNC stake in EMH, around 15%.
KDNC share price up about 6% today.

Hopefully more people will realise the implications of the EMH rise for KDNC.

Very mixed feelings about these purchases as given the recent PR it now feels like the share price is beefed for another placing.

Yep - keeps the support line intact but always good to see the FD dipping into his own pocket. CEOs can be blinkered, but FDs normally only care about the numbers so - for me - a good sign of future direction.
