#KDNC The picture so far shows a potential NPV for KDNC of £580m to £725m (subject to it legally exercising its ownership rights) and when the remaining projects prove up their assets this could be in excess of £1.5bn. Has to be upside from a sub £15m mcap right now - surely?

Cadence has been informed that the Bank Creditors have now filed an appeal to a higher court, none the less the original ruling still remains in force.

Just love the way that was tagged on at the end,obviously not that important.Like a "oh by the way"
Looks like we are in for a long session with this,with an outcome that is still not guaranteed.This lot are certainly are the Masters of finding new ventures,raising hopes only to see them slide beneath the surface once again,after making sure their salaries are secure.Lets hope this one stays afloat,but not holding breath.

I wonder if Germany will be part of the announcement with perhaps increased off-take, things have changed with the EU stimulus plans?

European governments approved the most ambitious climate change plan to date, agreeing to pour more than 500 billion euros ($572 billion) into everything from electric cars to renewable energy and agriculture.

Just that this will obviously accelerate demand for REM's and battery materials!
