12/8/2020 09:36 | What’s happened in the last two weeks to take Cadence holdings in MacArthur from 2.7 to 2.2%, I presume MacArthur Have issued more shares? , one of the problems with early stage companies, and Cadence business model. | diesel
12/8/2020 07:49 | Cadence Minerals (AIM/NEX: KDNC; OTC: KDNCY) is pleased to note that Macarthur Minerals (TSX-V: MMS) (ASX: MIO) (the “Company&rdquo Highlights: RCR Mining Technologies (subsidiary of NRW Holdings ASX: NRH) appointed to examine rail unloading infrastructure solution at Esperance Port Macarthur Minerals announces a resource upgrade for the Moonshine magnetite deposit at Lake Giles Measured Mineral Resource of approximately 53.9 Mt and Indicated Mineral Resources of 218.7 Mt Macarthur now has sufficient resources in the appropriate categories to progress its Feasibility Study Resource upgrade follows recently announced Proposal for development of a Commercial Track Access Agreement received from Arc Infrastructure and the announcement of plans to develop haul road and rail siding infrastructure near Lake Giles The previous Mineral Resource estimates presented to the market between 2009 and 2019 consisted entirely of Inferred resources, including 710 million tonnes (“Mt”) at the Moonshine deposits. During 2019 the Company completed a program of infill drilling across some of the Moonshine deposit to upgrade the Mineral Resource category to include Indicated and Measured resources. The Mineral Resource upgrade has delivered sufficient resources in the appropriate categories to underpin the current Lake Giles Iron Project Feasibility Study. The updated Mineral Resource estimates incorporate the recent drill assays and has resulted in an increase in the size of the Moonshine mineral resources including resource category upgrades to now include Measured and Indicated resources. Approximately 30% of the Moonshine resource is now classified as Indicated with approximately 7.5% classified in the Measured category. Highlights of Mineral Resource estimates: Measured resources of 53.9 Mt at 30.8% Fe head grade and 66.0% Fe DTR concentrate grade Indicated resources of 218.7 Mt at 27.5% Fe head grade and 66.1% Fe DTR concentrate grade Inferred resources of 997.0 Mt at 28.4% Fe head grade and 64.6% Fe DTR concentrate grade. | adobbing

11/8/2020 12:41 | for sure smacker.. #KDNC breaking out.. been held at this pathetic market cap for far too long.. should be valued at £40m on current assets not £12m.. In a months time fair value should be north of £1 once agreements are concrete | jackjackpaul
11/8/2020 12:33 | Before its sale in 2012, Anglo American valued its 70% stake at US$462m in its 2012 Annual Report (100% - US$600m).So with Iron ore roughly getting back to near 2012 prices, then ~ 20% of this would be ~$120m .. And they have scope to increase ownership past 20% | smackeraim
11/8/2020 12:25 | can't argue with that tbh. definitely undervalued here. Just wait until they get the 20% of Amapa should light the fuse | smackeraim
11/8/2020 12:06 | #KDNC should be valued at 10x more then the current cap.. £1 is far more realistic then 10p. no ramp intended just look at the figures | jackjackpaul
11/8/2020 12:06 | ticking up | smackeraim
11/8/2020 09:46 | A couple of interesting points. Note the secured creditors failed to block the shipment of iron ore - which was clearly nothing more than a tactic to improve terms. As that has failed, can see them reaching terms quickly now as they will want their share of any iron ore shipments. Next RNS updates, potentially before end of August:- Agreed terms with secured creditors. Release of monies in escrow account. First shipment of Iron Ore. Monies to be reinvested into the project. Shipment is planned via 45,000-tonne bulk carriers at a rate of 2 -3 every two months. Independent surveys of these iron ore stockpiles indicate that some 1.39 million tonnes of iron ore are available for export with a stockpile average Fe grade of approx. 62.14%. Spot price of circa $100 per tonne for 62% Ore equates to $4.5m per shipment - before all other costs. Stock pile is worth approx $140m by itself. 20% of stockpile would be worth $28m or approx £20m in sterling, which is 50% more than Kadence's current market cap. | mdchand
10/8/2020 16:47 | If you think this than I suspect you dont know too much about this shares history. But if you are just trying to ramp it - fair enough. | jtourer

31/7/2020 17:42 | Timing is everything with resource shares. The chart is very interesting. I'm no expert, but if we can push through resistance at 10p decisively, a sharp rise looks to be on the cards. I have put my money where my mouth is recently, and bought in after following since REM days. I was partly inspired by the recent sharp rise of Nano One Materials tsxv:nno which has some similarities to kdnc (battery materials etc). It too was stuck in a rut.....then a dramatic improvement. KDNC has its fingers in quite a few interesting pies. I'm here for the four and twenty blackbirds! | dubjon
29/7/2020 10:57 | For anyone who has held an early resource exploration share then they’ll be familiar with the pattern of news, spike in share price and fallback. Whatever news comes in is tempered with the timeframe to production/revenue and the investment needed and possible/likely dilution to share price This share is just a collection of those holdings. That said I do hold these as the collection of companies does look promising, but it will require a buyout of one of these companies by a big player to see a good return. | diesel
