06/9/2019 19:36 | Let's put it this way. There used to be less than a million shares in this when NOP before Canada. This is a bottomless pit of reissue etc etc . Beware big time. Maybe Scott should tell us how much he is in for himself | wanderingmariner
06/9/2019 19:18 | 3p raise and you are buying at double the price | hope67
06/9/2019 16:45 | Good to see the share price rise today, this week's RNS confirmed that H2P will invest more capital & that Scott Aitken has agreed a loan which will allow the Summer & winter drilling programmes & workovers to proceed. I'm particularly pleased that Cabot are allowing "other shareholders" to participate in next month's Open Offer @ 3p per share. Still no mention of who purchased Garraway Capital Management's 9.07% shareholding last month, I've written to Cabot but I have not received a reply. GLA | investoroilandgas
06/9/2019 15:59 | In October 2019, the Company intends to launch an Open Offer to all shareholders on the proposed open offer price of 3p. This is intended to provide the balance of working capital funding needed to complete the Summer Work Programme. As part of the Open Offer, H2P has committed to the Company that it will invest a minimum of US$0.7 million, bringing up its total equity commitment in the current round of fundraising to at least US$1.0 million. | babbler

02/9/2019 18:46 | I'm a Private Investor who incorrectly assumed that last December was an excellent time to buy in to Cabot Energy. There were times during the last nine months when I thought that I would have to write off my investment, today's RNS gives me hope that the Cabot will increase oil production following the Summer & Winter work programmes. I was pleased to read that there no equity kickers in the Term Sheet, I have no knowledge of the previous management but it looks to me as though the new management team have delivered on what they said they would do. I plan to participate in October's Open Offer, average down and then hopefully sell out in the next 6 - 12 months. | investoroilandgas
02/9/2019 17:13 | Most likely the only deal on the table. I do have to wonder who you are Investor, constantly referring in full name terms to a singular individual at a Company. Regardless of the loan facility it doesnt hide the fact that it will barely cover salaries and keeping drill costs below C$500k per well will be a challenge. Would be cheaper to buy a rig and run it themselves. | wanderingmariner
02/9/2019 16:40 | "The loan is non-recourse to Cabot Energy plc and the loan advances will mature on 30 September 2021. The proposed costs associated with the Loan Facility are: interest chargeable at 11.5% per annum, payable monthly in arrears; commitment fees totalling C$75,000; and a 2% participatory interest in gross revenue growth achieved in excess of pre-agreed base revenue over the term of the loan". No warrants on Cabot Energy shares, given the company's financial situation, I would say that Scott Aitken has done an excellent job. | investoroilandgas
02/9/2019 16:10 | Fair comment.I wonder why? | imperial3 |
