Well underwater on this one, it's not surprising we are where we are with the deal falling through and the profit warning. Want to buy more to lower my average but I fear this could go back under 50p

Interesting to note about the MENA licence project the BOD have mentioned.

MENA stands for middle east and North Africa so you would assume they work on projects only in those geographical areas.

However a large part of their work is in the USA and I wouldn’t be surprised if this company are laying the prep work now whilst the USA licence is in the final stages.

Surely USA licence is days away.

You can’t go putting statements out like below on the last update and not deliver before year end

“ Network – strong hiring progress in local jurisdictions. MENA licence process underway in Abu Dhabi and US licence process in final stages”

Nice 5% drop on 400k of shares traded today.

400k shares at 69p = £270k of share value.
This causes a £8.5m fall in market cap and assumes all shares traded today are sells.

Nice work if you can get it and fleece private investors into the bargain.

One month to go for our wonderful CEO to announce the US Licence that he promised would be in H2 2024.

Since he took control, it's all been downhill!

If he was a football manager, he would have been sacked and replaced in August as he is clearly out of his depth IMO!
