I just think this is how the institutions run the markets, just look.at Good Energy. Received a bid and Canaccord plus others doing buys and sells. Not as often though, this does seem a bit more of a concerted effort here to mislead/manipulate. I guess that's just how they act when an offer is received....jockeying

Warren Street sold 100000 shares. They still own 4.7million I don't think the deal is off but we will see.If anything this has now helped us get new investors and set the bar for a minimum price.

A European licence
A USA licence within weeks
New MENA licence underway in Abu Dhabi
New central London offices attracting better clients and staff.
FX derivatives starting new year
Big cash pile used as buffer under treasury guidelines.
New CEO with new strategy.
Sales staff now paid bonuses on performance.
Other companies sniffing round with unsatisfactory bids.

All seems very cheap to me.

No way anything can be going through with all these sales by the Chosen few insiders.

Shame on CAB and Stonex for facilitating insider dealing on such a grand scale.

Should do jail time. Let’s hope the FCA and SFO think so.

A further 1m of share sales between two companies on Friday as I predicted on Friday last week.

Disgusting information deal us off is leaked to these companies in advance.

Corrupt and should do jail time. Tells you all you need to know about the London stock exchange being a cesspit.

My view...this is all normal if distasteful horse trading.Be good to hear what FCA say.There's an uncertainty over the bid and we are rightly well below the bid given this weeks news.I think the bid will be accepted with Stonex share awards to senior managers. All guesswork at this stage.

Written to FCA and SFO what’s happening here again .

People are acting on insider information and it a crime with jail terms advised.

Although I will add in the coming days when it falls further , doesn’t make it right what’s been going on the past few weeks.

People go to jail for robbing the dole of a few hundred quid but these spivvs rob millions off normal people on a daily / weekly basis.

Just say deals off and have done with it.

No way in the world this goes ahead. Stonex and cab are encouraging insider dealing here as the big players know it’s off and are trading on that information.

It’s disgusting and illegal.
