If you watch a Clive Dix's interview from a couple of years ago he made clear he was in this for the long term - he wanted to leave a legacy.

Any takeover activity would need to be at a huge price - after the tough years we are only now just starting to turn the corner. Wrong time to bail out

No it was kept secret for "commercial reasons". However, I am certain they will need to announce it when received as it will be "significant".

I think from what has been said, the next milestone payment is on a successful trial.

There was no milestone payment from INDV at commencement of P1 but maybe there will be at the end the current trial?

We can assume next INDV payment is in the bag. They have already said the next two which are furthest down the line are even bigger. Have they also found other molecules they can develop and commercialise?

Any weakness in the share price - even the multi million share stakes changing hands - has promped buyers to come back in. I would love to know what is going on behind the scenes. The horror low of 7p is hopefully behind us forever!

RNS - R Griffiths increased stake to 21.9% (19.2%). Unlikely he would be pay almost twice the price per share of his original holding without good reason

It's not been mentioned on here but the Indivior quarterly R&D update released on 8th Feb said the following:

INDV-2000 (Selective Orexin 1 [OX1] receptor antagonist):
- The Single Ascending Dose (SAD) Phase 1 clinical study is ongoing. Six cohorts (1, 5, 20, 50, 120, 180 mg) of subjects have been successfully dosed

I suspect there has been an institutional seller(s) around for a week or so and now they are being taken out by the buyers. Either that or we are seeing some share options exercised and sold.
