There will hopefully be some update on Indivior and any new potential deals on Thursday. Otherwise what can they say - we have raised and spent a load more money?

Problem is he will have been gearing up to this, having been task force chairman already, and then he will have to hand over to the next one. If he cant provide the time to C4XD then he needs to bring a big name in to help out in the short to medium term.

Head of the vaccine task force looks like a big job for the next few months, but he is only interim head. They are looking for a more permanent person but this looks like the best option until they find a replacement for Kate Bingham.

Dix added: "I am pleased to have had the opportunity thus far to contribute to the UK's fight against COVID-19 and believe that this transition is crucial to ensure continuity at this critical time. I remain fully committed to our work at C4XD and will continue to drive progress across the portfolio alongside our strong management team and Board."

What progress? Feels like private shareholders in C4XD have been taken for fools with fund raisings and his non-company activities.

He said he was still focused on C4XD when I emailed the other day - he replied via his colleague. Doesn't look this way to me!

Private shareholders are losing a fortune, recent institutional investors doing well and Clive making a huge name for himself AWAY from C4XD. Not good!

No wonder there is no news, he has had his head turned!

Expecting some news on INDV2000 trial soon

Shouldn't take too long to collate data on this pretty basic Primary Outcome measure one would have thought. Obviously INDV in charge but still.

Estimated Primary Completion Date December 1, 2020 (Final data collection date for primary outcome measure)

Primary Outcome measure (submitted: May 28, 2020) Safety of single doses of INDV-2000 as determined by adverse event reporting [ Time Frame: Adverse events will be measured from time of informed consent to end of study participation for each cohort (up to 45 days) ]

I dont feel comfortable reprinting emails without the senders permission (apparently from Clive Dixs) but I will summarise it:-

- Apparently dilution is an inevitable consequence of investing in loss making companies (we knew that!)

- Two placings carried out in 2020 strengthened the shareholder base

- They are not in the habit of issuing news for the sake of it

- Clive is fully engaged in the company.

I wont reprint my reply but last time I looked, how much you raised (at a huge discount) was not a reflection of the success of a company. No mention of trading, deals, etc but I wouldnt expect them to make me an insider - that wasnt the intention of my email.

So the net result of my email? Nothing.

Just received a reply - to paraphrase the reply.

If you think you have been diluted, buy more shares!

Emailed C4XD today. Lets see if I get a reply:-

I am an investor in C4XD and have been since the heady days when the shares were 50p+.

During the last 12 months we have seen numerous fund raisings which have diluted private investors with the constant promise these funds will result in a stronger business. So far we have had next to no updates on existing treatments let alone any new ones, we have heard endless promises that partnership deals are in the offing but absolutely nothing to report.

As a concept I believe strongly in this company but your PR skills are atrocious and the only winners lately have been the institutions taking on cheap stock at our expense. When can we expect any meaningful updates? When can we expect to see progress?

I notice that Mr Dix is involved in a government Covid research project. At the moment it looks as though this is to the severe detriment of the company. If that is the case, you need to find a replacement asap to push the company along. A company that has raised a relatively huge amount of money lately which is disappearing each month with, so far, absolutely nothing to show for it.

Unless results are forthcoming, I very much doubt the market will accept another fund raising even at the hugely dilutive levels which seem to have become the norm with C4XD.

What responsibility has RB got for INDV once it is sold off and a seperate company? None.

My reading was RB is suing INDV for £1b not the DoJ in the US?

"Indivior PLC on Friday announced that Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC has submitted a GBP1.07 billion claim against the company."

Nothing to do with the DoJ so very misleading comment there. RB has probably already paid £1b to the DoJ and looking to claim it back from INDV. These things take years to go through the courts so it probably isnt terminal for INDV.

INDV could sure do with some positive newsflow for a change ?

Maybe on a potential new blockbuster drug in the pipeline

Apropos of nothing the INDV2000 C4X3256 trial study completes December 1st

Who would do business with a Company like RB that tries to kill its own 'children'

Talk about low business ethics FFS

In any event I doubt this is a terminal blow. Taking on the DoJ is a much tougher battle. This will take years to resolve in the Courts

AND should be covered by Insurance ?

INDV didn't admit any criminal responsibility themselves in DoJ settlement right ? The CEO took the rap ?

Looks like former owner Reckitt Benckiser are challenging their share of the fine by the US government. Making a claim for just over £1b from INDV.
