22/10/2020 21:22 | In Stig we Trust! | hodhasharon
22/10/2020 20:52 | hmm Richard Griffiths buying back DDDD a few days back... then they announce NASDAQ list which will massively increase valuation now he's buying C4XD (which also have 4D top two guys involved) Will C4XD look at doing a NASDAQ dual list as well ? I suspect this Company would go down (UP!) brilliantly with US tech investors... tie it in with INDV progressing INDV2000 (C4X32_56) and job's a good un | the stigologist
22/10/2020 18:49 | Griffiths's holdings | t0pgrader
22/10/2020 17:42 | Sorry I meant 2025 | ivor hunch
22/10/2020 17:08 | Adams' marketcap is only £5.16 million so investing £700,000 in C4XD is quite a big commitment. They will have to fork out more before 2015 if they decide to convert the warrants. They must have confidence in C4XD. | ivor hunch
22/10/2020 15:53 | Apparently ADA is a Richard Griffiths investment vehicle | the stigologist
22/10/2020 15:32 | Clearly latent unfulfilled demand from the £15m placing We know Polar took some. Wonder if there's some new Instis who were given 'a start' and now buying more in secondary market | the stigologist
22/10/2020 09:42 | ok, thanks | the stigologist
22/10/2020 08:53 | >>>Stig, if there was, I did not get to see it. | timbo003
22/10/2020 08:49 | Was there a Presentation investors were privy to ? | the stigologist
22/10/2020 08:46 | Apparently the 30% scale back was for both the EIS and non-EIS shares. I was first made inside on this one on Friday when they were looking at a smaller raise with a tentative price of 15p/share plus an acccompanying 5 year warrant exercisable at 30p. Then by Monday afternoon it had morphed into a larger raise at 14p/share (with a 5 year warrant at 28p) | timbo003
21/10/2020 22:12 | More wise words from Stig of the dump PMSL Very helpful chap - what would we do without him? | alloa2003
21/10/2020 19:32 | Yes great ... but the share in issue have just doubled !!On NO receipts of cash ...All tommorow s ... good luck | amaretto1
21/10/2020 18:42 | Thanks for that update timbo003; much appreciated. The highest volume in over 3 years has been recorded today with 5.4m and the last booked trade shows 3.385m at 15.75p; the share price closed unchanged on the day. | golden prospect
21/10/2020 18:34 | I have just received my allocation from the placing, I was scaled back to just over 70%, I don't know whether this applied to all the placing shares, or just to EIS qualifying shares | timbo003
21/10/2020 17:05 | He's been supported today No doubt about that | amaretto1
21/10/2020 17:04 | I'm afraid it's the market that gives out the rewards, not Clive Dix. Market values the last "three hundred million dollar" Clive Dix deal at somewhere below £17m. Atb :) | wigwammer
21/10/2020 16:58 | Impressive strength ...They odviously had the day planned.Pope are no fools ... They bought another 20 million. I'll be back in, but no hurry here ...imo | amaretto1 |
