27/3/2024 08:00 | basically allows large holders to pick up smaller holdings rather nice prices... | takeiteasy
27/3/2024 07:58 | So the announcement will see share price fall materially further - ironic! | nigelpm
27/3/2024 07:46 | Just goes to show how broken the AIM market is. | henley2

27/3/2024 07:36 | the cash funding argument does not simply wash to me - they should give the firm another 18 months to 2 years to use the cash pile they have - surely | takeiteasy
27/3/2024 07:34 | Takeover to be announced by Astrazeneca | inv
27/3/2024 07:34 | if you look at the shareholdings list there are a number of large investment firms - they may take a different view to avoid a private holding on their portfolio - just now sure how they might react | takeiteasy
27/3/2024 07:31 | I wonder if this will this trade below cash value (circa 9p/share) at the open this morning? If it does and the discount to cash is large enough, I will find it hard to resist. Unlike many of its AIM quoted biotech peers, C4X actually has a reasonable record in innovation and outlicencing. | timbo003
27/3/2024 07:29 | they do not have the 75% votes yet - ho hum..if they published these accounts and seen a nice share price appreciation - the funding issues might well have gone away. very odd to me...pulling a fast one comes to mind... | takeiteasy
27/3/2024 07:21 | Sitting with about £21m in cash and the company delists to make it easier to access funding? Mmmm | alanrussell
24/3/2024 11:46 | Yeh very true !! | bloomberg2
23/3/2024 08:31 | The market simply does not know anymore how to value these tech driven loss making firms albeit with great ideas and talented staff. Too many fall by the wayside and therefore the valuation discount factor applied seems very high. I would only consider adding if they can show they can turn all their clever biotech research into a profitable business model - otherwise for me it is pure trading in and out rather than LTBH which I am looking for. dyor and no advice | takeiteasy
22/3/2024 21:27 | Said every single poster on ADVFN about stock they hold. | nigelpm
