21/10/2013 00:08 | The shares go ex the 5p special dividend on Wednesday | callumross
20/10/2013 21:36 | Winterflood either has an unsatisfied buyer or will be reporting a small "delayed" trade which may have left him a tad short. | coolen
19/10/2013 13:53 | This share price will go to £3 imho when the Malta deal is finalised. | braham4
18/10/2013 15:21 | interesting move today..wonder what that is about? | harrogate
29/7/2013 11:05 | Even when all the chickens come home, I still don't see how this could ever reach a high sustainable share price with so few shares not in the family pot? The market would mark them up but any substantial sale would soon see them lose their 'glitter'......... | braham4
24/7/2013 13:57 | I agree - no long term future for small very minority shareholders - thus out around £3 imho | braham4
24/7/2013 12:37 | So what did that tell us? it told us they seem to have stopped dribbling away cash and asset value on losses while we wait for the Malta deal and the wording on the Malta deal was interesting ..it sounded like a done deal by March 15 ..there was no mention of contingent on planning. Maybe I am reading too much into that. I also think that they see lots of things to do with the money and are getting ready to spend it so i think the cash return to us could be quite small and while asset value will be there we will be shareholders in a property / hotel company which I am not sure I want to be so timing on selling these will be important ...after they say Malta millions are coming but before we realise they are going to use it all would be my perfect window ..fingers crossed | harrogate
24/7/2013 11:29 | Got a feeling............. | braham4
23/7/2013 10:59 | When Malta is completed they will be swamped with cash, some of which they will probably pay out in one way or another - because there is virtually no market in these shares due to the huge family majority holding, I hope they will go private and buy our shares for a good value. My view dyor is that with Malta and the remaining Welsh property and the travel they could reach £3 at which I will bid fond farewell. | braham4
23/7/2013 08:09 | Hi Last year was much later at end of September though so I wouldn't hold your breath! | harrogate
22/7/2013 15:02 | Full year results are traditionally out this week each year, aren't they? | callumross
04/7/2013 23:44 | The buyer paying above the offer price was me. Back in after a few years out. Looking on a 2 year view, though, rather than short term. Could see 50-100% in that timescale IMHO. | callumross
04/7/2013 17:39 | interesting activity today with a buyer paying above the offer price, following on from yesterdays purchase. All following on from mr Bailey's significant purchase. I await developments. | jahl frezi
21/6/2013 15:29 | Must be nearing agm report time........maybe we will know how Malta is getting on? | braham4
24/5/2013 14:39 | Can't be anything of material interest immediate as he would be in a close period. Does show what he thinks if the long term prospects - and so do I, much ££££ if the Malta deal's final stages arrive. | braham4
24/5/2013 14:12 | I am very surprised that none of you have seen fit to comment on Mr. Bailey´s share purchase - I personally am very intrigued by it ! | mesquida
24/5/2013 11:17 | To be fair it is the company who bought back the shares,so all the sholders benefit - but of course the family owns most of the equity. | braham4
22/5/2013 15:28 | Yes they did all right didn't they? | forearmed
21/5/2013 16:57 | They said to cut down the expense of having a large number of small shareholders. They purchased at about 1.30 look at the price now........ | braham4
21/5/2013 16:06 | Thanks coolen. What I don't understand is why,if eighteen months ago they tried to get rid of all the smaller shareholders, they now allow people to buy in quantities below 5000 shares again? Any ideas? | forearmed
21/5/2013 14:15 | You can purchase any size. A "public limit board" also operates in this stock, where you can display your buy/sell limit on the screen in the hope of getting matched. | coolen
21/5/2013 13:58 | Thanks braham4. Yes it all appears to be down to Malta. | forearmed
21/5/2013 12:07 | that was the original imposed minimum that entitled the company to compulsorily purchase a lesser number. I do not know that applies to new purchases later. I got caught, but have replaced the bought ones. DYOR but when the Malta deal is done (if that happens also) the shares should do well - but a very small market. dyor however. | braham4
21/5/2013 10:54 | Hi I am thinking of buying in here. Am I right in thinking that if I did so, I would be wise to buy more than 5,000 shares? What happens if I buy less than that (eg the mms are happy to sell 1,000)? Thanks in advance. | forearmed
12/4/2013 15:26 | any chartist with a view on Bley ? | coolen |
