The better part of a year into the pandemic. Too little too late.Meanwhile options are exercised, rewarding mediocrity

The positive from your findings 1gw is that because of the lack of placings and warrants ii's are unable to get shares on the cheap. The downside is the volatility as PI's, as we know change their sentiment like the weather hence my constant past requests to DT to spend more effort on PR and marketing.

Interesting reading comparing the significant shareholder lists in the last 3 annual reports.

August 2018
11 shareholders (incl Hargreaves Lansdown & The Share Centre)
59%

October 2019
9 shareholders (incl Interactive Investor)
37%

October 2020
7 shareholders
116m shares
26%

There appears to have been some serious fragmentation of the shareholder base over the last couple of years as well as the departure (from the 3%+ list) of most of the institutions. Between the 2019 and 2020 lists Walker Crips (23m shares on the 2019 list), Fidelity (21m shares), Fiske (19m shares) and Maven Capital Partners (14m shares) disappeared.

On the 2020 list, there is just Amati, Tonex and What If left for the institutions, accounting for 12% of the shares, with 10% held between the private investors (Newlands, Bottomley, Silvester) and 4% held by Lim Teck Lee.

Think what might happen if the institutions started building positions again on the back of positive broker and press commentary and the fundamental shift in the financial strength and competitive positioning of the company...

Yes, great to see they've got a clean bill of health from the auditors. Just for sikhthetech's benefit an "unqualified audit opinion" is a good thing!

I had been hoping they might update us on 1H revenue & ebitda expectations when they released the FY20 audited accounts. There will be another chance perhaps with any AGM statement.

Byotrol PLC PUBLICATION OF AUDITED RESULTS

Prospects
We remain steadfast in our belief that the winners in our industry will be those that are science-led, validated by regulators
and fully aware of the complexities and risk/rewards of using biocides. Towards the end of calendar 2019, we were starting
to see the benefits of that approach and were trading profitably in product sales with less reliance on one-off agreements.
Coronavirus has accelerated and magnified the changes that we were already seeing and we believe greatly increases the
financial returns to be made. However, we also see the new environment as increasing the good that the team can do for
society and the environment, and as a result we will continue to invest and research into new and better ways to control
and prevent infections. These things together are extraordinarily motivating for the team and I believe will benefit all
stakeholders in due course.
The new financial year has started very well and should deliver excellent results, marking a significant step in Byotrol’s
history as it moves towards being a sustainably profitable business. We currently see many opportunities and are constantly
reviewing where we should best focus our efforts to maximise returns in the long-term.
The Board remains confident in our positioning and very optimistic for Byotrol’s prospects.

I hope not! I was Greenwich today and only cash would work in the car park,

App, cards and phone wasn't working so cash was king

And with no cash it's one more step to 1984

riddleone,

It was already known that the virus stays on surfaces for days. Whether the virus stays for 2days, 20days or 30days, doesn't make any difference.

Companies who clean after every event will continue to do so. Kitchens, hospitals are cleaned after every event.

None of Byot's products keep surfaces clean for 30days, do they?

I thought it was a European launch but now with North and South America its starting to sound like a Global launch. This could be massive. Anyone know if there is an official launch date

Interesting link from that tweet, riddlerone. "Solvay is already in discussions with customers, suppliers and public authorities in Europe, North and South America for possible applications of both technologies."
