18/8/2020 08:49 | just look at the 3 top posts lited upwith coins all non-shareholders and part of the TLY shorters gang STT love spending coins to vote up posts to spam a thread and hide good posts on it | football
18/8/2020 08:45 | Stt didn't sell yesterday. He was slating this company at 1.5p. No way he bought.he probably was not short either. He seems to not like some of the posters, could be any company. | the ghost who walks
18/8/2020 08:43 | STT - you say you sold yesterday. If you were long until yesterday, your spreading of FUD on this thread over the past weeks is difficult to understand. Please explain. But I'm glad you made money. If you were short until yesterday, that would make more sense. I understand why you closed out. One thing is for certain - you are not transparent. And on transparency - I sold much too early yesterday at just over 7p - so have no position now and no axe to grind (except wanting posters to be open and honest). Will be waiting for an entry point long again. | melody9999
18/8/2020 08:11 | It appears the buying continues, at least to start with. Happy days. | 1gw
18/8/2020 07:10 | Incorrect. Sikh I remember you recommending to sell at 2p! I hope no one followed that. | the ghost who walks
17/8/2020 22:56 | The company broker, Finncap, is closer to the company than any tipsheet. Finncap, Company newsflow and results is what matter.. The article in the DM is good PR.. and it is good PR.. but THAT'S ALL it is, PR.. Talk is cheap until the results back them up.. What matters is results, revenues, cash, profits.. Repeat sales. According to the house broker, Finncap, the company are EXPECTED to make around £11.5m revenues and £1.5m adj ebitda for fy2021, next March. The results are not due for another 12-13 MONTHS. If the house broker is way out then the BoD should speak to them... Free to register: They are Covid dependent... sales will fall without covid restrictions.. And people are trying to forget covid...Look at the packed beaches, pubs, holidays abroad.. all during a supposed pandemic... people are trying to get on and put Covid behind them.. | sikhthetech
17/8/2020 20:44 | I think daily mail must have high conviction to highlight a small stock like this and emphasise the product excellence.Of course we all know here the competitive advantage byotrol has, but nice to read it as we step to a mid cap company over the coming years. | the ghost who walks
17/8/2020 20:23 | I don't believe today's rise is just down to DM article. Concerns: 1) Company could be planning a placing. 2) There aren't any new figures. 3) The share price didn't respond so much with the last TU only a couple of weeks ago. 4) No update from Finncap today, so no new forecasts. 5) No new deals announced 6) No update on any deals, eg Tstl. Maybe it's stake building/selling in which case we should get holding rns soon. Results: In 2018, the results date announcement was on 1st Aug and the results on 23rd Aug Last year, the results date announcement was issued twice in Sept before the shares were suspended at the end of Sept, as they couldn't publish their results by 30th Sept. If they don't announce a results date rns by end of this month, I'd be concerned. The problem is the shares are illiquid so if there's a rush for the exit then it could become difficult to sell. Risk/reward for me tipped too much towards risky... | sikhthetech
17/8/2020 20:09 | 29m volume - incredible! | effortless cool
17/8/2020 20:04 | Sickinthehead, How does it feel to be such a loser? Everyone on this thread is making money except you! Keep to the single ply mate. | a.fewbob
17/8/2020 19:59 | TGOW_ Quite often but very rarely seen Midas so full of product enthusiasm - The volume however today is potentially a massive overhang if the share price drops back and stop losses kick in. (all imo dyor etc) | pugugly
17/8/2020 19:42 | I wonder how unusual it is for Midas to tip a small stock like this. They must have conviction. | the ghost who walks
17/8/2020 19:19 | What a fantastic day. | loafofbread
17/8/2020 19:17 | For someone that says he sold all he's shares in Byotrol he doesn't half spend a lot of time and effort on this message boardWhy is it only trolls that do that | football
17/8/2020 19:13 | Best1457 "I still see significant growth going forward for several years based on the IP" There you go...backing up my comment.... "I don't think the companies making alcohol based sanitiser will disappear overnight. P&G for instance, is a massive global company and will adapt." Byot released Byotrol24, what did P&G do, they adapted and launched their own.. According to the DM article... "That means Byotrol scores well with regulators and customers. In America, for instance, Byotrol was the first company to obtain regulatory approval for a long-lasting germ-killing spray, Byotrol 24. Procter & Gamble subsequently launched a rival, but Byotrol was there first and the spray is so popular that it has temporarily sold out in the US market. " | sikhthetech
17/8/2020 18:02 | Best1467 "you just always interpret things in to your view If Covid disappears" That's what makes a discussion... You believe significant growth for several years, I don't. why can't people on here accept different opinions... Only ramping allowed says a lot. I don't think the companies making alcohol based sanitiser will disappear overnight. P&G for instance, is a massive global company and will adapt. I haven't seen any evidence to suggest that the official advice from WHO, CDC or NHS to use alcohol based sanitiser is going to change soon. Can you post where WHO/CDC have stated that their advice for alcohol based sanitiser is changing? WHO: "Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand rub if your hands are not visibly dirty." CDC: "If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty." | sikhthetech
17/8/2020 18:00 | Have Ruffer still got any of these? I recall them persistently selling at 1.8-2.2p. Muppets. | tradertrev
17/8/2020 17:45 | Heck of a day. Good old Midas/Mail on Sunday! I'll admit to being surprised to see such a strong and sustained rise on the back of a newspaper tip, when compared with the rise on the back of the 3rd August TU. It looked almost as though there was a short squeeze, but I can't imagine there's much shorting of such a small and (normally) illiquid stock. So maybe it was in part momentum chasers coming in following the Midas article and the Zak charting piece. Or perhaps a seller cleared. Or perhaps someone who was thinking of building a position decided to act sooner than they otherwise would have done due to FOMO. Doesn't really matter I suppose, just so long as business results and sentiment stay strong - and I would have thought the company is well-placed now to manage positive news flow through the next few months, with results, TUs, news on byotrol24 getting going in the US (if not South America) and hopefully further licence deals. | 1gw
17/8/2020 17:21 | Fantastic volume today. Hopefully cleared out any sellers | techair
17/8/2020 17:01 | STT I give up you just always interpret things in to your view If Covid disappears Today I still see significant growth going forward for several years based on the IP and EU regularity change and I will leave it at that | best1467
