01/1/2019 13:17 | Thanks. Director buying much higher up and then again more recently. Also like the attitude of mgt that 5hey state they have no appetite for getting close to position where fundraising needed. I bought this and genedrive. | the ghost who walks

31/12/2018 10:46 | I cannot get one @ 1.75 ,never mind 1.7 ! Going back to Alex Espalin;I see he was with Kimberly-Clark, where he had oversight for multiple new product launches. Now that Byotrol has gained US certification,it is not unreasonable to think that KC might reappraise and maybe resurrect their former close interest in BYOT. | mudbath
31/12/2018 10:06 | The market makers in BYOT really manipulate the price and action. They act like it's all weak and plenty of stock but get a couple of buys and they all run for cover. Cannot even get a quote now for 50k at 1.7p online | dave4545
31/12/2018 09:48 | RNS It is meaningful to see Richard Hayman MD, Medimark Scientific Ltd, being incentivised with the grant of 2million options. 2019 could be a good year for Byotrol stakeholders. | mudbath
30/12/2018 15:00 | Mudbath, Given his experience Alex Aspalin's appointment seems to be a good choice... Trump's trade wars are probably his biggest hurdle... It's good Alex' options vest when they achieve performance targets... question is how much is already factored in the sp? | sikhthetech
30/12/2018 14:43 | I think Byotrol's biggest problem over the next few months is USA... They are still trialing their cleaners at Target in US, no idea how much it's costing BYOT, whether they are offered free or SAR during the trial or if/when they will roll out to all Target Stores... The reviews on Target website for their cleaners are months old and majority are from customers who were given free samples, which makes the reviews unreliable... There's also the Trump view of "America first"... International trade wars etc.. | sikhthetech
30/12/2018 14:43 | That is true sikhthetech;yet our focus here is purely on Byotrol. I had not appreciated the significance of Alex Espalin's appointment.Let us hope his efforts allow Byotrol24 to gain some traction in the US. "Alex Espalin has been advising Byotrol for twelve months on its commercialisation efforts in the US and has been key to getting the Company positioned to launch its US EPA-approved long-lasting surface care formulation. He has now joined the Company formally as VP Sales and Marketing, Byotrol Inc. Alex brings to Byotrol broad marketing, branding, management and entrepreneurial expertise, gained over a twentyyear corporate and entrepreneurial career including roles at Coca-Cola, Disney and Kimberly-Clark, where he had oversight for multiple new product launches. Alex earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Masters Degree in economic development from Harvard University Alex Espalin has today been awarded 5 million share options in Byotrol plc at 4p, representing 1.24% of Byotrol plc fully diluted share capital. These options mature in dates varying up to 7 years from grant and will vest in three tranches when Byotrol Inc achieves a successful consumer product launch and/or certain US sales and profitability targets." | mudbath
30/12/2018 14:18 | Mudbath, Ruffer's comment... I think that's true of a lot of small companies.. | sikhthetech
30/12/2018 13:08 | Nice link football. Thanks. I cannot help but think that Byotrol could prove to be a rewarding investment at the current 1.65p level, for, all being well, the news flow from the company over the next 12 months could be both interesting and positive. | mudbath
30/12/2018 10:15 | Extracted from Jonathan Ruffer's most recent portfolio review:- "What of the aftermath of a sudden step–change in the market? The biggest danger in this third phase is the inflexibility which comes from the difficulty of trading out of positions which no longer look appropriate." That possibly sums up Ruffer's view of their Byotrol holding;hence the ongoing disposal. | mudbath
28/12/2018 10:44 | Not getting that 759k sale at 1.56p today when directors piles in at same and higher. Nice profit for the mm who took that | dave4545
24/12/2018 10:55 | Merry Christmas all genuine posters... | sikhthetech
22/12/2018 19:27 | Comprehensive research regarding seaweed and its antifungal properties provided in the following link :- Byotrol's naturally-based biocidal product with very strong anti-viral characteristics, being differentiated, efficacious and on-trend for consumers and businesses, might be"slow burn" for Byotrol, yet it provides an interesting further layer to our growing product portfolio . | mudbath |
