18/12/2018 09:37 | After several months of trials in Target stores, they still haven't expanded beyond the initial 150 Target stores.. All too often companies try to break into the US market and fail... Currently Byotrol is showing on offer at sale price of $3.99 compared to normal $4.29. and reviews are 3+ months old... with majority still showing as "The author of this review received a free sample" | sikhthetech
18/12/2018 08:44 | Same old same old. Jam tomorrow. Overpaid underperforming management. The share price performance says it all. Nobody believes the story any more | brownson
18/12/2018 07:21 | Not too bad. Pity about the delay in the US but otherwise reads as an upbeat report I think. Enough for a share price bounce though? | 1gw
17/12/2018 17:20 | No reason at all strong balance sheet, additional revenue from acquisition, royalty payment from Solvay at financial year end. They could delay interims till the new year and it probably would be a good thing considering the climate at the moment. | riddlerone
17/12/2018 16:00 | Is there likely to be more fund raising needed any time soon ? | emeraldzebra
13/12/2018 22:22 | Medimark Scientific does though have an extensive array of products available on Ammazon, so Byotrol may be leaving that sales avenue to its recent acquisition. In fact MS does seem so much more dynamic than its new parent.Hopefully the combined entity will demonstrate similar dynamic synergies. The Interim results, which were delivered last year on Dec 14th,should prove helpful. | mudbath
13/12/2018 19:11 | The Tesco offering has also been reduced, no fancy colours now, just clear. Also looks like shelf space reduced, altho I cant be sure % wise. Makes little odds anyway, the profit margin in Tesco own brand stuff has got to be tiny. | maxk
13/12/2018 18:35 | Been trying to find the reason for any weakness and noticed that Broker forecasts have been changed from 900k profit to 200k loss 2018/19.This only happened this week so hope this is just the costs from the Medimark acquisition being absorbed into accounts. Also Byotrol 24 now not available on Amazon but still available at Target so possibly spooked a few holders | riddlerone
13/12/2018 10:30 | We still have an entity with seemingly large amounts of stock for which they will accept an ever lower price. If it is Ruffer, were they to declare a further reduction in their position then I would buy more stock.Until then I fear the weakness may preface a disappointing set of results and/or a lack of momentum within the recent acquisition. We should soon know. If the figures look sound allied to a good outlook statement then sub 2 pence to buy looks irresistible(to me). | mudbath
11/12/2018 12:23 | A few buyers today news soon? | football
11/12/2018 12:14 | Many a true word brownson. I should change the header to " amazingly BAD results" ! | mudbath
11/12/2018 10:33 | Break even is due in 2014 from memory | brownson
11/12/2018 09:14 | Thanks football for that link. I am rather perplexed as to the continued share price weakness, although the reason for it might surface along with those expected results. Re reading Byotrols latest report did not point to any particular concern regarding the outlook. | mudbath
11/12/2018 08:21 | shouldn't we be having results soon?? When Will Byotrol plc (LON:BYOT) Breakeven? Jonathon Baker December 5, 2018 only stuff i can find in the last week about Byotrol plc | football
09/12/2018 18:44 | Good spot Footie...I wonder how they plan to go to market with some major players to contend with? | milesy
09/12/2018 18:17 | is all this stuff new? Byotrol® launches 4 in 1 multi-purpose cleaner to disrupt crowded janitorial market maybe McDonald's touchscreen units should be using that stuff | football
28/11/2018 14:49 | Who is running the PR department or investor relations as they need to be hammering at McDonald's doors showing them the benefits of using Byotrol once every 24 hours and just imagine if they used it hourly like they normally do our clean their interfaces would be Big Muck! Investigation finds FAECES on every McDonald's touchscreen unit as fast food chain comes under scrutiny for 'not using strong enough disinfectant' Touchscreens are used before eating food, often without washing hands The samples also found traces of bacteria that can cause blood poisoning Expert at London Metropolitan University said findings are worrying | football
19/11/2018 09:33 | Tristel do look to be acquiring a better bargain with Ecomed than Byotrol did with Medimark, based on financial projections.Time will tell. I am surprised Piedro from the Tristel thread never contributes here, for he often covers Byotrol's progress in his TSTL musings. I will seek his opinion. | mudbath
19/11/2018 07:26 | Thought this was interesting | riddlerone
15/11/2018 12:56 | If you Guys are collecting Plus1 here is a new one | knowing
14/11/2018 12:17 | Ruffer now down to a 9% holding(39,212,862) in Byotrol, according to today's RNS. The MMs have nudged up the bid to 2.28 pence. Since the finals, covering the trading period to March 31st,were released on August 23rd,the BYOT Directors have purchased over 2 million additional shares. With the ensuing six month trading period concluded on Sept 30th,the BOD will have enjoyed much clearer picture as to how the business is evolving. If the Interims, when presented next month, are deemed to be at all promising, then Ruffer should be able to shift, fairly swiftly, any remaining, unrequired Byotrol shares. (Should they not have been disposed of in the intervening period) Byotrol shares do look to be an interesting investment opportunity at the current 2.30 pence ask. | mudbath
13/11/2018 21:24 | They may not want to sell all of them of course. We've had 3 relatively high volume days now with shares being traded in a very tight range (most trades going through at 2.3p): 8th Nov: 20.0m shares (Maunby sold 4.9m) 9th Nov: 12.4m shares (Ruffer sold 4.5m) 13th Nov: 8.1m shares It feels like we might still be owed a holdings notice relating to the 8th Nov volume and possibly today's volume. If today were just private investors buying hoping that the overhang had cleared then presumably the price would have moved up, so it feels like there was still a steady supply from somewhere. Perhaps it was just Maunby's last 1% being dumped. | 1gw
13/11/2018 17:45 | Tom, I thought Ruffer still had 40M to sell? | loafofbread
13/11/2018 17:11 | Well Nicholas Martel former BYOT Chairman and a significant shareholder/Maunby Investments must wish they had never heard of Byotrol. I hope that their much diminished stake heralds a new era for our company. | mudbath |
