Based on the value of 888 shares at yesterday's close, the 888 Offer values each bwin.party share at approximately 104.7p per share, representing a premium of 24.8% to the volume weighted average closing price for the three month period prior to 14 May 2015 (being the last business day prior to the Group's announcement on 15 May 2015 regarding its discussions with third parties in relation to a variety of possible business combinations). Whilst discussions with GVC are continuing, there has been no change to the Board's recommendation for the 888 Offer and all shareholder documents relating to the 888 Offer are expected to be sent to shareholders shortly.
