I have 15000 shares in Bwin , should I sell now for 1.25p. How much more will I get when Gve take them over. Does it all depend on the share price of Gvc at the time of the take over.

WTO ruled against the US again and nothing happened, just the same as with us. If Anigua get awarded $21m p/a what are we going to be awarded?

Please see the attached offer document for the above company can we respectfully refer you to page 34 for your reference here is the extract.

4. Mix and Match Facility
Under the terms of the Offer, bwin.party Shareholders (other than certain Overseas Shareholders) may elect
to vary the proportions of cash consideration and New GVC Shares they receive in respect of their holdings
of bwin.party Shares on the basis of:

for every 104.64 pence in cash 0.231 New GVC Share
or
for every 0.231 New GVC Share 104.64 pence in cash

Satisfaction of Mix and Match Elections will be subject to the Mix and Match Elections made by other
bwin.party Shareholders.
Mix and Match Elections may only be made in respect of whole numbers of bwin.party Shares. Irrespective
of the number of bwin.party Shareholders who elect for cash consideration or New GVC Shares under the
Mix and Match Facility, the total cash consideration to be paid and the total number of New GVC Shares to
be issued pursuant to the Offer will not be varied.

I have looked at the first two options and it works out that the immediate value of the options is very nearly what the BWIN share are worth now.

That of course is assuming that the GVC share price (to get 0.231 GVC share per BWIN share) is about £4.40 which is a rough estimate of its value over the last one year.

Do we think that the GVC share price will be around £4.40 after the takeover takes place and the next couple of months or will it fall/rise substantially straight away?

Of course we all then hope the GVC share prices rises in the many months and year ahead and the dividend payout is good and fundamentally better run than BWIN to hopefully gain overall in the near future - say 6-18 months.

Dean, I am with TD and you can select one of three options. The defualt is the 25p cash plus shares.

I assume the 25p converts somehow - never checked lol

Im with TD and have a coporate actions tag for dealing online. Optios are all cash, all shares, part cash 25p per share +.23something shares in GVC.

I have read through the prospectus and can see a price of 4:01 when the offer was made, is this the option of 4.01/25(cash option)= 16 shares equals 1 gvc share if i take the all share option?

I'm unsure if I will be able to elect to have shares, part shares or cash on the GVC takeover as I am with an internet broker and often they do not send you any paperwork.

Is that the case that I will default to some option?

Could you remind me what the options are please.

I will probably be happy with the all shares so I can potentially recover some of my BWIN losses over time.

Just selected the "all share" option regarding this takeover.

Anyone going cash and shares? Not clear why taking shares only is the obvious play given the two share prices.

Let's hope so. Everyone raves about how strong KA is as a leader, so he must be good, and the opportunities for BPTY are there, they just don't seem to be getting it quite right. Despite the WTO ruling against the US, and despite having a secure payment system in Kalixa, and despite offering to pay local taxes, we still do not seem to be making progress: it is so very frustrating. Anyway, lets hope GVC make it happen for them - well us really!!!
