06/1/2016 16:51 | Got told to contact capita, so will email off tomorrow. | deanowls
06/1/2016 14:19 | Thanks for all your assistance. I have looked at the first two options and it works out that the immediate value of the options is very nearly what the BWIN share are worth now. That of course is assuming that the GVC share price (to get 0.231 GVC share per BWIN share) is about £4.40 which is a rough estimate of its value over the last one year. Do we think that the GVC share price will be around £4.40 after the takeover takes place and the next couple of months or will it fall/rise substantially straight away? Of course we all then hope the GVC share prices rises in the many months and year ahead and the dividend payout is good and fundamentally better run than BWIN to hopefully gain overall in the near future - say 6-18 months. | yesrupnel
06/1/2016 11:43 | Thanks deanowls. Look forward to hearing what they say | hubshank
06/1/2016 10:57 | I've fire a mail off to GVC IR. Will report back if they get back | deanowls
06/1/2016 10:47 | Dean, I am with TD and you can select one of three options. The defualt is the 25p cash plus shares. I assume the 25p converts somehow - never checked lol | trentendboy
06/1/2016 10:41 | Im with TD and have a coporate actions tag for dealing online. Optios are all cash, all shares, part cash 25p per share +.23something shares in GVC. I have read through the prospectus and can see a price of 4:01 when the offer was made, is this the option of 4.01/25(cash option)= 16 shares equals 1 gvc share if i take the all share option? | deanowls
06/1/2016 10:28 | I'm unsure if I will be able to elect to have shares, part shares or cash on the GVC takeover as I am with an internet broker and often they do not send you any paperwork. Is that the case that I will default to some option? Could you remind me what the options are please. I will probably be happy with the all shares so I can potentially recover some of my BWIN losses over time. | yesrupnel
06/1/2016 10:27 | Hi Trent, if you elect to take all shares does the 25p et converted into shares on the price of the 1st of Feb or another specified date/value? | deanowls
06/1/2016 10:25 | 8% up y on y. Maybe it really coukd be our year! Did yiur broker write or call you TEB? | hubshank
06/1/2016 10:17 | Just selected the "all share" option regarding this takeover. Anyone going cash and shares? Not clear why taking shares only is the obvious play given the two share prices. | trentendboy
24/12/2015 12:22 | Rosie Winterton MP start from The beginning. The Phulbari Coal Project is not a gamble. | leonasdad

18/12/2015 14:08 | Despite the expectations that Pennsylvania would legalize online gambling before the end of 2015, it was announced that the final decision is to be made no earlier than the spring of 2016. hxxp://www.casinonew | hubshank
18/12/2015 11:04 | Let's hope so. Everyone raves about how strong KA is as a leader, so he must be good, and the opportunities for BPTY are there, they just don't seem to be getting it quite right. Despite the WTO ruling against the US, and despite having a secure payment system in Kalixa, and despite offering to pay local taxes, we still do not seem to be making progress: it is so very frustrating. Anyway, lets hope GVC make it happen for them - well us really!!! | hubshank
17/12/2015 18:30 | GVCs is the best thing that has ever happened to Bpty. | coxsmn
17/12/2015 17:56 | some sizeable exchange of shares today. | hubshank |
