18/5/2021 11:32 | megaman2 - it was not a ramp or a prediction. It was a possible scenario which could be achieved with a 2 year timescale. If all the events I listed were to be achieved, then that would make BMN a 2 to 3 billion pound company even if Orion convert and sell their CLNs. Do I think it will happen? No. But if they can achieve half of it by then I think we'll all be happy with the resultant share price. "There's absolutely no reason why the share price couldn't reach £2 in two years time. Consider the following scenario. 1. The new normal vanadium price is now $40 which generates around $60m of net profit. 2. The electrolyte plant is running at full capacity of 200 MWh and the expansion to 400 MWh is underway to satisfy demand from Invinity and Enerox. 3. The rental company VERL is announcing a new rental contract every month for new VRFB projects. 4. BMN has won several Eskom tenders and is in partnership with Abengoa building several PV + BESS projects in South Africa. 5. BMN & Enerox have now set up a VRFB assembly factory in South Africa and now plan to double it's size to cope with demand. 6. Following the government relaxation of self generation rules, the mini-grid market in South Africa has now taken off and Bushveld Energy now has a solid and growing pipeline of projects. 7. The Lemur project has been sold off giving BMN a significant cash injection. 8. Now that Lemur has been sold and BMN are now on the main market, institutional investors are scrabbling to build a stake in this booming green energy company! 9. Mining of ore has started at Mokopane with vanadium offtake agreements in place. 10. A DFS for a 10,000 mtvpa greenfield processing plant at Mokopane is underway. 11. An offtake agreement for the iron and phosphate is now in place. Brought to you by MoggyVision Productions | mogwhy
18/5/2021 11:29 | Hopefully get an update on lemur this week at the crux interview. When the prince and his sidekick sold down completely there nominal shareholding in bmn I thought news might be imminent! But things 8n mining take a long time. Old news but Shareholder approval is due this month . Anglo are spinning off a similar coal asset with a c$170 million capital injjection from memory lemur has a requirement for $165 million. Clearly bmn don't have those sorts of funds available. I'd guess most investors want to see the back of it and a green rebrand .I don't think anybody has a clue what lemur is worth certainly whoever is throwing in ¢$165 mill will want their pound if flesh if they can indeed raise the funds. I've never seen fortune say it will be sold I do remember him saying it will go the same way as atm so a spin off and when he last spoke I'm sure he said about closing finance. | megaman2
18/5/2021 11:05 | All bad news and MORE is priced in to the share price so the only way is UP from here!NOTHING priced in for:*Eskom tender wins*Mid term production ramp up*Vanadium price rise to $40+*Mokopane development*Iron ore deposit sale*Lemur sale*Enerox developments*Electro | gah123
18/5/2021 10:22 | So is Megaman yet another NVH account then?Seriously mate you sound desperate, we can all see the LSE board if we want to | plat hunter
18/5/2021 09:54 | His assessment seems to be based on a perfect storm of supply and demand. Of course anything is possible, but what history has taught us with BMN is that they constantly fail to hit their goals. It takes a great leap of faith to believe the future will be any different to the past based on their record. Their own revised growth plans are several year away from implementation now and scaled back. They used to talk about 10,000 mtv production. Now it’s down to 8,400 mtv. A loss at the stroke of a pen of 1,600 mtv. The electrolyte plant will not produce its first annual capacity of 200MWh of electrolyte until H2 2023 at least. So while external factors like a rising vanadium price should support the share price growth our own failures to date will keep that growth in check. These guys are acting like a double glazing company that sold us a line, took our money, gave us an installation date, but didn’t show up. All callS to their office go unanswered and when you do finally get the windows installed they are done one at a time over years. Broken promises and no explanations. | nvhltd
18/5/2021 06:16 | Decent V price gains across all markets.hTTp://www.a | parob
17/5/2021 17:16 | The 35 day maintenance period at Vametco represents around 39% of the production period (35/90 days) so it's no surprise that V production at is down about 40%. Given that most of the costs are fixed, it's not surprising that the production costs per tonne have risen significantly. Logically Q2 production (and costs) should be much better even allowing for the 3 day strike. Clearly a negative is the upgrades don't appear to be improving production. Edit: Vanchem plant improvements do seem to be increasing production. | sleveen
17/5/2021 16:49 | Alex why dont you suggest to your fellows to reel in the untruths and ramping and stick to the facts. On a daily basis there are certain posters twisting the facts for months one poster was claiming 25 p next week every day . This isn't attracting long term investors. The only people this is attracting is novice investors who think they are going to make 30% next week and when that doesn't happen ...well you have some frustrated people and that's the exact status quo. | megaman2
17/5/2021 16:13 | Ok fair enough Maurice you have acted very fair . One thing we can agree on is 15 p is a now a good buy in point. If Orion will sell the mm have to take the price up to above 17 p. My main gripe as you might have grasped is for months the clns have been ignored even if you don't believe they will be sold the large overhang is a drag on the s.p.for me bmn are at the shares in the draw stage. | megaman2
17/5/2021 16:03 | Mega man I don’t intend to treat you like anything and it certainly didn’t cross my mind that you were a numpty, you clearly demonstrate what you know and that’s fine, and yes I am trying to bring new investors on board after all that is the primary basis of how a market works. I’m sorry if you can’t see the full picture as which has been clearly demonstrated by Alfa and BBN plus others. I’ve been quite polite and respectful with my tone of answers towards you today, maybe you could do the same. Regards Alex | mauricegarin1
17/5/2021 15:55 | Normal day people saying £1 per share for the mine but the figures don't add up they start off ok 8400 MTV giving revenues of £$ 150 -$200. But then jump to 3p dividend £1 per share boom...but 8400 MTV is nameplate and sorry it's not going to happen. Let's take the rAmpers $150 mill revenue= £107 gross revenue. At the start they are saying doesn't take account of part ownership? Why not it's not complicated just take 12.5% off net earnings! You need to take off about 40% from ebita to get to net earnings free cash flow. So c £64 million less 12.5 % . £56 million net earnings free cash flow. A standard dividend in mining is 35% of free cash flows. So c£19.5 mill dividend. With 1.3 billion share in circulation with Orion and 4 years of directors pay that's 1.5 per share at his calc at 33p!that's 50 p per share which coincidentall coincides with my p.e. calculation. The thing is if you tell the rampers sorry I don't believe your calculation and only say 50 p ie 3.33 times the current market cap your a troll a deramper it's negative....you couldn't make it up the stock has been so ramped 50 p for just the mine isn't good enough!!!!! | megaman2
17/5/2021 14:37 | Yawn...just some blurb...which I've read about ten times now says nothing about not selling the clns. They have the long term debt. Duferco selling directors selling acacia resources selling....everybody I suggest you go read the cln stepped lock in period as that will give you a clue as the likely timeframe for selling...... | megaman2
17/5/2021 14:15 | Mega man really suggest you read the Rns statement Orion gave about investing in Bushveld ☺️ϒ | mauricegarin1
17/5/2021 13:44 | Well That’s fine mega, that’s your opinion and I respect you for it, personally though I think the negativity being generated at the moment is totally counteractive and ironically I class that as being “desperateR | mauricegarin1
17/5/2021 13:34 | It looks desperate to me.. | megaman2
17/5/2021 12:56 | If you do eventually decide to invest mega then your more than welcome to come and join on Twitter on Wednesday 10am regards Alex. | mauricegarin1

They are getting together and rallying the troops to do more ramping !!!?? | megaman2

17/5/2021 11:46 | Dear LinkedIn Community, I would like to take advantage of the opportunity to do some self-promotion for my employer and my team. Enerox GmbH develops, produces and distributes innovative electrochemical energy storage systems at its Wiener Neudorf site. Although we are still relatively small, we are incredibly diverse. The company is currently very much under construction and we are now also looking for a new colleague in the HR sector who feels comfortable in an up-and-coming company. We are a small but fine team and look forward to a new colleague on an equal footing. Our new team member should have assertiveness and power and be able to work on multiple projects at the same time. It is a very interesting professional challenge. If you know someone who might be interested in this challenge, I would ask for the appropriate forwarding of the service. If you have any questions about the advertised position, please come to me at any time! #humanresources #renewableenergyjobs #vienna | nvhltd
