16/5/2021 13:18 | Another posters at it now claiming that bbn has said 5500 MTV for 2022.... Bbn actually said this in his recent post: In dissecting the refurbishment plan I have found that there is not enough clear guidance as to what 2022 and beyond will look like. Let's face it vametco produces the same now as it did 4 years ago. The company official target is that they are funded to hit 6800 MTV in 2025. 4 years from now....the chances of them hitting 5500 MTV let alone 6000 MTV next year given the most recent update and past history is not very likely . But why should that bother the la la land posters when you can get 17 thumbs ups Reading the lse board is about as informative as the Sunday sport | megaman2
16/5/2021 12:47 | #16564 re backstop PRIM can elect to receive BMN or VRFBH shares. | gerd212
16/5/2021 11:44 | Great news! Forget about the c4000 MTV and downbeat rns and fortunes downbeat conference call benadler on lse has the inside info on guidance production for next year and it's over 6000 MTV!!! Wow it's some turnaround ..... Folk are writing absolute unsubstantiated crxp over there and as long as it suits the ramping narrative it goes unchallenged with thumbs ups (17!). The decietful liars call it supporting there investment....no wonder all the genuine posters are leaving | megaman2
16/5/2021 10:55 | CLN's are an instrument of debt simple, they will be sold | plat hunter

15/5/2021 22:15 | Yeah. I agree this must be the start of a process to list Enerox | nvhltd
15/5/2021 17:31 | I know that but it will give a finite value to enerox as at the moment as it's private it's not given a value by the market. When must trades it will have no assets other than 11% share of enerox and you can extrapolate the value of enerox from must market cap. Also the current status might not be the end of the transaction as all the shares might get reversed in exchange for must shares.or maybe there just going to get bought out by Siemens! | megaman2
15/5/2021 17:23 | Well they haven't had much of a chance recently as they will have a target price my guess an average of 20.4 p so they will work with the market maker to sell shares all the way down to 17 p. It's very possible they have had started already . From.memory they can sell 1/3 rd up until April then another 1/3 rd from may I can't remember the rest as that was enough isn't it. It's aim and Orion are mining finance company if they pop in and make 25% in 6 -12 months that's good business.. the lse board has completely ignored them they dissect everything else on a daily basis. I don't want to get into a protracted argument because there are those that will put forward simliar arguments to duferco as they will do anything to mislead the numpties to invest . Also the blurb you wrote by the portfolio manager says absolutely nothing about not selling the clns. They do have the other $35 mill long term debt. The staggered lock in is more strong evidence of the near term likely intent. I also see your response is on lse to a poster who is asking why don't the clns ever get mentioned....that there is no evidence via rns is not a valid reason for their apparent inexistence....it's a colluded event of great proportions | megaman2
15/5/2021 17:18 | I might be wrong here, but I think people are also confused about the Enerox / Mustang deal. Enerox will not be a public company after the RTO is complete. It is VRFB-H that is the company that will end up listed at the start. This will result in VRFB-H holding 50% of a still private company Enerox. | nvhltd
15/5/2021 17:11 | My bad. The initial agreement was amended. As an adjustment to the previously announced terms of the Instrument, the conversion price of the convertible loan notes has been set at 17 pence. Still doesn't change the fact that none have yet been converted into BMN shares. | mogwhy
15/5/2021 16:57 | Isn't that the terms of the initial conversion to 17p? | megaman2
15/5/2021 16:54 | Well the 17p share price range might give you a clue....or it could just be the poor comms.... | megaman2
15/5/2021 16:53 | The Conversion Price will be the lesser of (i) 130 per cent of the volume weighted average closing price of a Bushveld ordinary share for the 15 Trading Days leading to the date on which the Drawdown Notice is served; and (ii) 25p. Edit. Subsequently amended by RNS to - "As an adjustment to the previously announced terms of the Instrument, the conversion price of the convertible loan notes has been set at 17 pence." | mogwhy
15/5/2021 16:49 | Ha ha ha ha your daft as a brush.....at 20.4 p they make 20% plus accrued interest so if the share price next week was 20.4p they would make c25 % in 6 months ...... At 30p they make about 80% ..... I'm so glad you posted as it explains a lot that many investors don't understand. Or don't want to understand.... | megaman2
15/5/2021 16:49 | None of the CLN's have been converted into BMN shares so far otherwise we would have been told about it by RNS. Yes, I know that they can be forward sold, but Philip Clegg, the portfolio manager at Orion has stated "Orion is delighted to become a cornerstone investor in Bushveld. We have been attracted to the quality and growth profile of Bushveld's portfolio of mining and processing assets for some time, and we also recognise the leading role that the Company has assumed in the supply of crucial raw materials to the vanadium redox flow battery industry. We are looking forward to partnering with Bushveld as it continues on its growth trajectory and supporting the Company as it realises its full potential." I know they're only words but there's nothing to indicate otherwise so far. What we do know is that Acacia have been selling down. | mogwhy
15/5/2021 16:42 | I don't expect the cln's to be converted until the share price is well over 30p. Orion haven't invested for a meagre 10% | gah123
15/5/2021 16:39 | I calculate that the higest potential number of shares is 195m based on the terms of the notes. | jc2706
15/5/2021 16:27 | There's 10% compound interest which is also convertible..so you need to add that on so it's s guesstimate but it's definitely more than what you wrote as theres already c 6 months +Interest accrued and the clns might take a year or more to get sold into the market from here. Compared to duferco etc it's massive If they start selling tommorrow and they take a year to sell interest on average interest might be 10% so only 165 mlllion....maybe only 165 million I will start writing 165 million from now on maybe inform la la land | megaman2
15/5/2021 16:19 | Not sure that the CLNs convert to 170m shares. As I recall the loan amount was $35m or about 147m shares at 17p. | jc2706
15/5/2021 16:17 | I already hold bmn and regret it. I was looking at IES and instead of buying that kept adding to bmn ....and you know what happened. IES rose and BMN fell. The other worry I have is that we are in a commodities supercycle.....marke | saghir786
15/5/2021 15:56 | You can't buy must it's suspended you can buy primorus investments but it's highly speculative. I have shares in both. Or you can buy bmn! Primorus has a back stop as they are currently clns that if the deal doesn't complete by year end funnily enough they get converted into bmn shares! | megaman2
15/5/2021 15:41 | Mega, What's the best way to take advantage....buy MUST and that other company that has shares in MUST? | saghir786
15/5/2021 15:28 | If the enerox must RTO transaction completes in the second half of the year enerox could be valued at £200 mill market cap. I think it's coming with some dilution but if bmn retain 20% that's £40 million. About 4 p per share so if you add that on to your 26.3p bingo 30p. The only thing is once Orion see a significant profit plus there 10 interest their going to be selling lots of shares into the market.imo the share is range bound until they are cleared | megaman2 |
