Has the company got a credit line facility to raise cash by issuing shares? Because the 500K sales That have gone on for months are relentless. They must have sold 10s of millions of shares in the last few months. Hardly surprising the share price is on its knees.

Some of the rampers from here have gone on to AMC... A company with considerable dilution, overhang and billions of warrants.

Mo: How can you ignore the past 6 months when working out an annual profit forecast. You have the benefit of real data and figures. You can’t undo the past sales, prices or costs, but you can use that information to make an informed estimate given we have revised production guidance, average sales prices and average costs and only 4 months of 2020 left.

yes I am ignoring average prices over the last 6 months because vanadium prices since the beginning of the year have gone up over 20 % (10% in last 4 weeks) also manufacturing cost have come down dramtically in the last 2 months due highest production rates ever at vanchem and the zar exchange .

My weekley profits calculation is for what we are currently selling for at present in europe and china proportionally as well as current exchange rates. to use previous 6 months average completely sqews your figures but you know that dont you??
Also daily now we are now producing 112 mtv as apposed to 91 mtv during H1

Sorry nvhltd. I only speculate on how you can make statements that are inconsistent with a desire to hold the shares not about your trading history.

As for the TA (which I suspect you are talking about), your comments show such a fundamental lack of understanding as to what it is about that there doesn’t seem much point in discussing. Just ignore it if you don’t understand it.

Mo: I would rather take our brokers sales prices than yours. Without direct confirmation from the company I’m going to assume share price Angel have factored in the Nitrovan premium and the import tariffs before arriving at their sales price. They could be wrong of course, but they wouldn’t be doing a great job as our broker if that got fundamental data like that wrong.

Even giving you the benefit of the doubt does the difference in premium against the tariffs make such a difference between your profit estimates and share price Angels?

Maybe you could show everyone your calculations to back up your claims? Remember you do get lots of things wrong in your excitement to post.

Plat: Yet again you fail to read my post, but choose to reply. The drop is due to Vanadium and the companies failures. If that is exaggerated or exploited by third parties then so be it, but the root cause is the Vanadium price drop and the company’s failings. Period

Also on the operational update conference, Fortunes answer to John Meyer just highlights what a Pratt NVHLTD truely is !! Like I said earlier the Ore comes from Mapochs and can continue to do so in the future!!!

Jc don’t even engage with deranged senile lunatic you’ll never win he’s in his own fantasy world spout numbers that aren’t even correct example nitrovan is sold at premium price above China price 30.5 even if this only 5% (which it is actually probably higher) that still comes in at 32 $ . Minus 13% equals 28 dollars ffs not 26.

So to summerise the fall in share price wasn't anything to do with FCF and a sell off in V, It was all Fortunes failings?I find hard to agree that if V was still trading at it's highs, we would still be at 12p instead of north of 50?If batteries are the only reason why you're here then you're going to have a pretty miserable experience imv.Eskom is a basket case and out of sync with SA's energy ambitions.

Nvh... no one would care if you said you didn't hold... You just make a mockery of your own posts by insisting that you held all the way down from nigh on 50p
