Rubbish. No one has witnessed a property crash because they keep ramping it and overpopulating everywhere.
Like a Ponzi scheme. Homes were 3-4 times earnings now 10+ Just another bubble. Of course people with property assets would say different! Like most MP's

A thriving Stock Market is usually a sign of a busy and successful economy. We have had very few notable domestic IPO's or M&A activity for years.
Governments only seem concerned with pumping up overpriced property and increasing the population to unsustainable levels though mass immigration.

Below from the post link above ...not just investors but the BODs of companies should openly be raising concerns as well...

Mr Lowen and Mr Beagles wrote in a note to their investors: “This clearly shows the absurdity of UK stock market valuations.”

The criticism adds to fears that low valuations in London are leaving companies vulnerable to foreign takeovers and risk tipping the stock market into a spiral of decline as more businesses leave.

Looks like first lot of buyers (early this morning) sold to take a profit....
Probably same will happen later (due to budget uncertainty - or perhaps not - you never can tell for sure).

I think most would like to see their shares at somewhere near Fair value which let's face it most are not!
We will lose much more of our infrastructure at this rate as Foreign Companies bid on the cheap!
Our Governments have been negligent and almost biased against UK businesses and our Stock market. Disgraceful all of them.
