Thanks - sold about 40%, but will look to sell out to about 60% - took proceeds and bought into NDH, PGS and EBTM

Apologies, I was one of the sellers yesterday - decided to take profits seeing that I bought in heavily between 113 and 120p

Nice to see as well :)

Have held this since 119pence early in the year and have been tempted to sell a couple of times but glad to have held.

Personally I think 290 is too much too fast and that we're likely to get a lot of the short termists (who are buying now and causing the rise) to take an easy profit around the 240-250 mark (if it gets that high) and for it to drop back after that.

lets hope GE can continue the good news flow and announce a couple more acquisitions.

btw anyone seen gg recently?

Whilst we may pull back a little I think it could be dangerous if one waits for that to buy in, if however we do retrace back to closer to 200 then I will certainly add more and I think a few others will as well,that seems to be the trend on this but at sometime it will not follow.

you can sell 10a at 211.5 but only buy 2500 at 214 according to squaregain... what does l2 look like, who is bidding and offering??

Sound advice, Liars! Especially with the 'jam tomorrow' companies I used to invest too frequently in. Buy in too early and hold through a meteoric rise right into the inevitable price slump!

BNH a much more soundly based proposition, though.

Highly likely, Spangle, though TA theory says a true breakout may retrace back to the former resistance (in this case around 200p) before resuming its rise. Time to buy would be on evidence that that former resistance becomes support. That may be the theory, but shares as illiquid as this move very quickly both ways and I question whether TA's really that applicable.

Best time to buy's on the pullbacks IMO.

Mr Grumpy - indeed this does happen. A prime example was Sola which rose to 177p on the SCSW tip only to be pulled back sharply.

Perhaps with BNH we'll see a few large delayed buy orders come through ( keep in mind that they'll probably look like sells on the ADVFN system ). If we do see these buys then the rise is justified imo.

BTW Timing isn't everything when buying or selling shares. A great investor ( can't remember who - Rothchild ?? ) once remarked that he made his fortune buy buying too late and selling too early.........

So does this means that MMs are sticking the price high to catch all those who are buying on the back of the tips, only to drop it back down to £2 once the rush is over so that they can make a good profit? Call me Mr Grumpy Monday morning, but can't this sort of thing happen? Is the rise transitory?

From experience Growth Co Investor goes out the same time as these emails (the date of the magazine is a bit sketchy, supposed to be monthly). I'd expect Growth Co Inv to be going through the letter boxes in the next day or two but everyone will be getting that email tonight.

On the verge of a breakout it must breakout Mon imo.
