StockMarketWire.com - Britvic said Mathew Dun would resign as Chief Financial Officer on 19 April.

As previously announced on 11 March 2019, Joanne Wilson would join the company as Chief Financial Officer. Wilson's start date would be announced in due course and no later than the end of September 2019.

The company first announced Dun's intention to resign on 23 October 2018. Dun left Britvic to join online retailer Asos and was expected to take up the CFO role on 23 April.
