Hi everyone, been trying to do some digging into wisehead production which is a subsidiary of Britvic and looks to be a real competitor to Fevertree especially with their London essence company. Does anyone know where to get more info such as their contribution to the total companies revenue? Is the subsidiary profitable etc. Etc. Thanks in advance |

Anyone know the % split of revenue for Britvic between retailers and bars/restaurants? The latter is the reason these shares have been hammered recently and tempted to top up but can imagine their revenue will be massively impacted by people not going out. Whether this may be countered by more people buying from retailers I'm not sure, as the shelves seem to still have plenty of stock of dilute and pop currently. Thoughts anyone? |

Market report:
Drinks maker Britvic had a better time yesterday, climbing 5.7 per cent, or 49.5p, to 925.5p as it reported a 'robust' performance with like-for-like sales increasing 2.6 per cent to £369.8m. The group also revealed it has signed an unusual agreement with banks to pay back less money on its loans if it meets sustainability targets. |
Portfolio needed that response today .
Happy to hold :-)
Britvic gained as the drinks maker said it was confident of meeting market expectations for the year after a "robust" first quarter, during which revenue rose 4.9%.

"... While we anticipate conditions will remain challenging... " Revenue almost flat?! What about margins?! More debt?! Technical Bounce at Round Number - 900p?! Selling Opportunity?! Market decides! |
Owenga. Market thinks it's exciting! To be fair with the nervousness around the update, this has proved unfounded hence the good rise in the share price. |
2.6% growth on comparable basis. That's pretty dull. What is market expectations for 2020 growth. They didnt actually say what it was. |
Trading statement, set to meet expectations and slightly ahead of last period. So it all sounds on target. The revolving credit agreement of £400m with sustainably targets looks good for the business in its growth ambitions. |
Definitely some nervousness ahead of trading update. |
