17/6/2010 07:32 | ljsquash - 16 Jun'10 - 17:04 - 5409 of 5409 Email gone to Dominic on announcement. Please tell us when he replies; I expect you've got him worried now.! | norbus
16/6/2010 16:04 | Norbus thank you for that distinction however it was a major item on the agenda that was worthy of specific mention if passed. I understand fully what you mean, but I would expect a time table to have been published straight away, as the decision was a formality? I will admit I have met a lot of professional people recently - "But couldn't eat a whole one"! Email gone to Dominic on announcement. | ljsquash
16/6/2010 15:46 | LJsquash clearly you are not a professional person. some documentation has to go through companies house before changes are formalised and new shares admitted. They passed the name change resolution and you can expect another with new ticker, most likely sgo. I assure you they are not plonkers and if you need to sell your shares there will be plenty of buyers around. | norbus
16/6/2010 15:18 | So according to the RNS no name change, but 40 million new shares? Plonkers | ljsquash
16/6/2010 13:54 | The future is bright here. | norbus
16/6/2010 11:19 | not agm; gm; 2.00 a circular has been posted to shareholders convening a general meeting of the Company on 16 June 2010 to consider and if thought fit pass the appropriate resolutions. | norbus
16/6/2010 10:12 | What time is the AGM | uncle_bob
16/6/2010 09:21 | Today there is a general meeting to approve placing and change of name. 8m could be agreed adjustment between two officers? Like giving the FD some shares? or the like before they shoot up later; could also be a transfer between 2 accounts for same person. Yoy can be sure this is not an arms length transaction | norbus
16/6/2010 09:21 | Regardless it must relate to a historic order. You do not trade 8M shares in a stock like BGT in one hit and not effect the share price ..At a guess i'd say a buy that helped propel up from 1p to current levels but in a nut shell, all we need to know is that chances are we experienced "net buys" during that period. Very unlikely to be a recent sell imo. | carl79
16/6/2010 09:14 | So the 8 million a Sell or a worked Buy from when we went down to 1p? | ljsquash
15/6/2010 17:06 | MMs play funny games - not worth trying to figure most of it out | carl79
15/6/2010 16:02 | 400k sell @1.25, wonder who that was and why. | uncle_bob
15/6/2010 14:18 | trent harris This should sail away, all the money it needs and will play market leader in its space with The ex Marketing director of party gaming leading the way.dyor. general meeting tomorrow, Vickrant finally gets his 25% then woooosh.. | norbus
15/6/2010 14:16 | Hearing good things here, looks like market makers are playing a trick or two. I can't get a quote to buy just 100k at less than 1.75p | trent harris
15/6/2010 13:24 | Although we are down, PLUS is up 11.6% with some strong buying (looks larger due to the rollover) | carl79
15/6/2010 12:39 | TA :and so say all of us! Carl : Exxon went into chapter 11 to survive the Valdize spill. | norbus |
