Based on Invesco`s current stated holdings I estimate they would need to see the share price at around 65p to get the investment back, let alone a profit.

The company has listed another job, this time a Brand Solutions Manager in Singapore:



According to BBSN's APAC GM Caroline Campbell Troman, they're "hiring for multiple roles" to "be part of a growing & exciting Social Video team".

Invesco may only have needed to sell a bit in order to bring it in line with the percentage remit of their fund. Interesting times with much much further to go.

3p is not too far away. At our current rate of increase, next Friday will see us with a sell share price over 3p. Just bought another £1500.Will keep topping up as we move along. Interesting that this is not getting much coverage across BB's

Hazl, agree to keep some cash and agree with clock tower if they buy another business cash and shares the way to go but do not see share price going backwards on such a deal if it’s any good, over next 12 months their will be loads of small business to pick up on the cheap!

Mostly investors are pleased if there is some cash on the books...it is a good sign though I agree with you mostly hulk.

So part cash/share will offer value to company and share price will not fall back, it could increase much to your chargin, I have said before that BBSN should do something with the cash because technically it is a wasting asset with inflation and I think they will,anyhow all to play for and CH has a very good team with her and she knows how to build a company to sell.

hulk I would tend to agree.....big hitter brought in to monetise this will want to get his North of 10p (say £60m market cap)....IMO it would if growing fast be on a decent rating so work backwards from there to what EBITDA you think is required, don't forget the increasing cash pile etc....DYOR and happy to hold on for that....

Why would an acquisition if paid for by cash set the company back? Only if they do a discounted placing that will happen. I think cash pile could be about £6million more than enough to buy a production company if required.

I think we will hear news of more partnerships/contacts before results in March, CH is setting this up to be sold within the next 18 months max,that’s her big payout with all those cheap shares she is getting each month!

Think Simon Davies feels the same that’s why he has bought 5percent of company, as already said exciting times!

A huge 'bowl' I do think that we have a great share here.
It's an exciting time to be a holder,technology is going through a further revolution where there wuill be clear winners and losers,in my opinion.
Brave Bison certainly seems to be up with the winners now!
