14/6/2018 12:23 | Invesco do not seem to have done themselves any favours, as low volume is not able to support any serious volume of selling, and bearing in mind the size of the holding they still have, it will take them a considerable time to unload it, if that is what they want to do, that is. Still, until their intentions are clear I cannot see this getting much support without a stream of good news. What sparked off the big rise was the investor document below (that is now on the website) and the following RNS. | clocktower
13/6/2018 14:36 | Wonder what management expectations are for them to be in line with? Anyone know? Decent update to be fair IMO / DYOR | qs99
13/6/2018 12:14 | If Invesco are just unloading, how low will they drive this back down, so sit tight there might be some very good bargains to pick up lower down the chain. | clocktower
13/6/2018 10:22 | Over the years, I have often seen a large holder sell down a small part of their stake a short time before a huge increase takes place. In several cases it may have been done to ensure there is a lot more liquidity in the stock so they are able to exit part of their holdings at very high levels, which I think some of this holding would have been acquired at 5p when a funding round was done by previous management. I expect there are several holders that have purchased holdings just below the level that one has to declare. | clocktower
13/6/2018 09:58 | There are literally loads of reasons. I'd say most like are: 1) they've written off the investment ages ago if they bought in at 40 or 50p so they just want to use the increase volume to exit; 2) the company is too small for their asset allocation; 3) they are just trimming the position because of some new internal holding rule. None of them mean thy no longer like the company or see it as a bad investment. | dplewis1
13/6/2018 09:47 | You do have to ask yourself though Why are Invesco selling albeit a small amount at this level particularly when all is going so well here? | billthebank
13/6/2018 09:16 | When a large stakeholder like Invesco signal they are selling their stake down, be it slowly, it is bound to hold the share price back. Until such time that they or any other large holder has stopped selling the share price will I expect just hover around these levels, with a few spikes that they I assume will be pleased to see, to enable them to sell into over the following days/weeks. The advantage, is that it provides long term investors the chance to tuck them away at a reasonable price. | clocktower
13/6/2018 09:09 | We are doing the old aim 2 step..... | telbap
13/6/2018 08:14 | Good Statement outlining solid progress without making any exaggerated claims. Shows the sorts of sound leadership, that is progressing well with her plan. | clocktower
13/6/2018 08:03 | Excellent AGM statement from Claire. She has achieved a lot in 9 months it looks extremely promising here. | dplewis1
12/6/2018 15:19 | Bid online already back up to mid price of 2.2p, never stays down for long | dave4545
12/6/2018 15:13 | dave, they cannot make instant decisions on stakes of that size, they have to react after the event, not during it, when these spikes occur. Sometimes it is done in discussions with the company as well, as they may want to manage the price and expectations. | clocktower
12/6/2018 15:09 | Why were they not selling unlimited stocks when the price was spiking from 1p to 5p These funds baffle me, they wait until the price comes right back down then they decided to sell.. And they pay themselves millions in wages ! | dave4545
12/6/2018 15:06 | Until Invesco stop selling their stake down, this is going nowhere. They still have 17% odd but maybe only selling part, if not there is a lot to go but I am pleased to see more liquidity in the stock and hopefully a wide shareholder base. | clocktower
12/6/2018 15:06 | Buy on those dips 😉 | cudmore
12/6/2018 10:24 | BOOM is also worth another look once it comes back to market and the dust has settled on the money being raised at 3p imo. Nice and steady here, as you say Bill, a long term double digit hold. | clocktower
12/6/2018 09:16 | I dont cate what this does short term This is a keeper for me and looking for double digits once these views are properly monetised. The CEO and her new team really are the DBs Having said that WEBIS is another keeper | billthebank
12/6/2018 08:40 | As you say dave, on it rolls - now that I am not going to be hit with a 40% haircut, I am just as happy as you to see this heading northwards, and holding those gains, which needs to be backed by results. | clocktower
12/6/2018 08:26 | Ghost town here ......nice open today. | telbap
11/6/2018 20:39 | I think better value here ct. Remember I used to hold DCD a long time and attended several Agm's, that sector is cutthroat with low margins so Zin will have to work hard to make profits. It took DCD a long time to get back to profitability but at least they are there so maybe Zin can do the same. I noticed they dropped the online offer late on on iii to 2.3p and even that was took late on for 390k, there is incredible sustained support for this stock in a market where most stocks have little so no reason not to keep holding. | dave4545
11/6/2018 20:15 | 3p I think 5p will be easily hit | letmepass
11/6/2018 16:05 | Better value with ZIN imo at this time, dave4545 and at just 0.65 for now.DYOR | clocktower
11/6/2018 15:59 | Does look strong. I have a monitor full of friendless stocks but this one has buying all the time and when the mm on the offer gets took out the herd will rush to chase this one back over 3p | dave4545
11/6/2018 15:57 | Keep saying it but 5p short term written all over these. When the market decides its undervalued we’ll see 100% rise | cudmore
11/6/2018 14:33 | Yes dave4545, any rise is good for me now that the Beaufort mess has been agreed, as long as it holds onto any massive gains it may make before I get my hands on my stock. The only loss that will now be suffer, will be the losses or profits that might have been accrued if I was able to trade/invest the stocks. However, in light of all matters I would much rather see this move up slowly and form a solid base with every rise, as I am happy to hold for what could become a bumper prize over a long term. | clocktower |
