Hello everyone. Recently picked up some BBSN. Seems like a good time with a more focused management etc. Just want to ask if anyone has considered the implications of the Unruly / BBSN partnership. It seems as if there is a huge symbiosis here. Unruly was bought by News Corp in 2015 for 114 million. Wouldn't it make sense for NC to also acquire BBSN if there is such a tight fit?

If its Invesco then you will need huge volume IF they are selling that is, they might be happy to see this simmer slowly upwards and be able to start to take profits on those they bought at 2.5p some time ago dave4545.

Volume is what you want then the seller clears much quicker then the price doubles and more.

By pennies I mean 25/upwards to 50p - I would rather look on the long term potential and see the shares trading for Pounds before any sort of bid comes.

Clock... I doubt they would sell for pennies... They know true value here. Imo. They would reject low bids.

That should answer your question on revenue generation

With this huge and growing numbers, I think we may get a bid before we even see the real potential growth in the business, as I would rather see this a couple of years down the road with a valuation of multi millions than a bid now for what would be pennies.

The beauty is that they already have great experience in working with a wide range of advertisers but also have their own football channels, and deals with EFL - and I am sure the knowledge in this area will be an exciting thing that advertises will be looking at with the World Cup going on at the moment. so i would not be surprised to see growth of 20% upwards again in June, and a host of new contracts.

I notice the above document that was marked Private & Confidential has been removed from the website. Someone must have posted it up in error, or they follow these BB boards.

Invesco do not seem to have done themselves any favours, as low volume is not able to support any serious volume of selling, and bearing in mind the size of the holding they still have, it will take them a considerable time to unload it, if that is what they want to do, that is. Still, until their intentions are clear I cannot see this getting much support without a stream of good news.

What sparked off the big rise was the investor document below (that is now on the website) and the following RNS.
