You might meet Kate at Hickstead, as she might have qualified to enter, or may have just obtained a ticket for this event next week, as she is a keen horse woman.

A person must notify the issuer of the percentage of its voting rights he holds as shareholder or holds or is deemed to hold through his direct or indirect holding of financial instruments if the percentage of those voting rights: reaches, exceeds or falls below 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10% and each 1% threshold thereafter up to 100% The notification to the issuer shall be effected as soon as possible, but not later than four trading days in the case of a non-UKissuer and two trading days in all other cases

Jungmana - If the sale is as part of one order, they would not need to notify. However, nothing happens time and time again when that goes out the window. They only punish small insider traders or on the odd occasion a very big one (that can afford a hit) just to imply they act and do a job.

I very much doubt that Tangent would trade the stock. The point is that around 20 June the could only attract a buyer at 1.2p - since then there has been no news from the company directly that would have changed the value imo. However, the news of other stake movements has put a different perspective on the companies value.

My views about its value are still negative but that does not alter the fact that some folks think they are worth a lot more than 1.2p.

So, of course wise traders are going to top slice and take profits as and when they can.

Good Trading.

Yes I do understand you have to notify but my question is , is there a time limit? And at what threshold is compulsory to do so? Recently I was in a share where a holder sold from over 10% to under 3% before any notification was given.

It's a requirement to notify at each % threshold. So they would need to inform the market if they went under 18% from their current 18.9%

I may be wrong and could be another stale holder but been watching the sells over last 4 to 5 weeks. Is it a requirement that they have to immediately notify if they sell a few millions?

If they had trimmed their position they would have had to notify..so with all due respect that's just nonsense. Tangent aren't a hedge fund, they have clearly bought a stake in BBSN to complement their digital agency offering and to work with their client base..not to punt the shares on for a small profit.

Tangents hasn't got a lot of finance and have put a sizeable chunk of it into BBSN. Will not be surprised to see them trim their position here with some of of the sells going through over last 4 weeks.

Not surprising when Tangent only paid 1.2p the other week for just on 19%.

Whoever is selling seems to be happy with 2p. Same thing happened about 3 weeks ago .

No dplewis1, I have not but the news yesterday changed the picture, and it became clear to me where this was going in the short term. Upwards and onward, after a few shakes I guess.

Good Luck.

You never know who is behind these CI companies, as the hide the beneficial owners ship of these outfits. The Islands are a hive of criminality, Paradise Papers - remember them, not to say that this company is anything of the kind.

Still, its doing the power of good for BBSN as the share price heads back towards 2.5p

CI-based investment company (CIP on AIM). Launched Jan 2018 at 100p and invested in a small number of very random-looking companies. Now 64p on a NAV of 89p!!

If it is Tangent - I expect this to go to 2.5p so seems a good risk for the time being anyway - not that I am positive about the outlook for the business but a deal could be on the cards I guess.

Could be a transfer but why would they need to go via a market maker paying them 3 grand for the privilege.
