Posted at 09/2/2025 10:26 by hazl Jim and red, good also to see new posters here.Wish I'd looked in sooner need to catch up with Investor Chronicle's recent review. |
Posted at 08/2/2025 22:12 by jim digriz More enthusiasm from ST in the Investors Chronicle this week - rating less than half it's peers, 75% share price upside, closing cash could reach £10m (0.9p) this year. All sounds positive. Just need the share price to actually go up... |
Posted at 22/10/2024 15:09 by clocktower It is cheap if your looking to hold it until you die hazl but if your wanting to trade it, my view is that it still might fall well below 2p because the mood of the market has changed since September.Still as you say, each to their own. Maybe if they rewarded investors before themselves the market might look more kindly towards the Greens. |
Posted at 02/10/2024 16:25 by clocktower Options:In 2023 they granted 37,500,000 options at 2.2p Out at the beginning of 2023 there were 63,369,125 at exercise price of 0.96p Outstanding at year end 2023 97,809.584 at weighted average of 1.43p Exerciseable at end of year 34,659,615 at 1.05p As it is the company policy to issue staff with shasre options every year, how many will there be at the end of 2024? There are already 1,298,147,280 shares in issue (well that was the number at the end of 2023) So talking of rewards, it seems the staff had a few of those also. How were long suffering investors rewarded. The share price at the end of 2023 stood at a little over 2p and had been above 1.5p all of 2022 and as much ast 2.4p - so no great shakes there. Market Cap of almost £29 million. |
Posted at 09/9/2024 10:59 by clocktower hazel you like a good ramp - starting now for six months DSG has been a dog of mine but will get loved up, and investors might see it move from a Bid of 9p and an Offer of 10.5p (you can buy and sell between the spread, so not as bad as it looks)to at least double this and maybe a lot higher as so few shares are in free float.DYOR but a little punt of say a grand or two might bring good rewards, as it seems to be turning the corner. Remember DSG target 18p 😉😉 |
Posted at 09/9/2024 07:50 by clocktower It was good while it lasted hazel, now it’s back to reality and I hope you also took your profits.Poor increase in revenue and the reason remains that they will once again dilute all small shareholders to achieve their own personal aims rather than rewarding long suffering investors. They clearly still want to bite off more than they might be able to chew. Look how they have mothballed the USA bits. |
Posted at 14/7/2024 10:27 by northstar88 Another silly one sided viewpoint clocktower with little understanding of what dilution is or what it is used for.“Hazel you were ramping it up even after the company spoke of a raise during the Mission farce.” A proposed raise was muted to pay down debt. If it could be done at a favourable share price then it is a good thing rather than paying high interest rates. You are far too quick to judge raises as a bad thing without getting the terms of the raise to allow you to establish your position. You can only judge a raise on how effectively they use the cash and at what price they raise at. Without that info you look like a blatant deramper to scare off amateur investors that don’t understand the process. |

Posted at 04/6/2024 11:58 by clocktower So hazel, Would you care to give your honest view of the following:Would you buy BBSN stock now @ around 2.5p, knowing they need to raise futher funds to do this deal, and the fact they are diluting investors by increasing the amount of the company they will be handing over to Mission stakeholders, whom will own around 50% of the enlarged business. Are investors not better off buying Mission Shares now at 29p rather than these? |
Posted at 13/5/2024 08:21 by valhamos The explanation for the possible offer is underwhelming at the moment. TMG is a basket case and has been for years. I'm all for companies taking over basket cases stripping out non-performing managers and sorting out the operations, but not giving their shareholders 45% of the combined business!I appreciate the pitch at this point is to institutional investors in TMG to put pressure on the board to allow BBSN due diligence, but suggesting that the prime benefit of the combined group is that these institutional investors might assign a higher multiple than the standalone businesses is a bit thin in terms of justification for a possible offer. A lot more information is required on how BBSN would extract significant value from TMG which TMG management has failed to do. |
