I notice big volume today.
On the face of this its very cheap by any fundamental metric, thus has there been a big seller pushing it down?
Any other intel on a possible stock overhand?

Going back up, and it may not take much to go to 2.4/5p imo.

L2 strong.

It seems there are trades that don’t show as I am a little surprised to see this back on offer at under 2p today, though the trend was well set before.

Certainly is a tricky market hazel.

Maybe it won’t fall any further, and as I mentioned it is great value for those that don’t just want a quick turn.

Good trading, as good investments are hard to find in the AIM and penny share market, as most trading is driven by news.

Yes chuckle.

I saw that buy of 500,000 late Thursday and sell earlier today....
I bet it was you.
Lucky to get your money back.
Edit can't find it now yet sure I saw it earlier.
Stranger and stranger.

As it is I won't win or lose anything until I sell but sincerely hope value is seen eventually.
It's a tricky old market just now.

A good company hope someone doesn't buy them up this cheaply.

IMO

Next stop 1.5p if history repeats itself.

Still long term value if you just want to hang in there.

Bigger falling volume as well.

No big new contracts announced recently.

Correct hazl, You will be the first to spot it as well.

Today's volume is low though, so unlikely to drop below 2p today but below 2.1p looks a good entry level for anyone that is willing to hold until news arrives impo but DYOR as no advice intended.

Well you're always here keeping a watchful eye so you are clearly interested in it . You just hope to shave a bit off it on the way down before you buy back in. Just so people are aware. My observations over the years.

It is cheap if your looking to hold it until you die hazl but if your wanting to trade it, my view is that it still might fall well below 2p because the mood of the market has changed since September.

Still as you say, each to their own.

Maybe if they rewarded investors before themselves the market might look more kindly towards the Greens.

The market is tricky and though I'm no longer in profit, I value the small stake I have more than the money.

Each to their own.

Oh you're just a trader and call it how it suits you .
Here you are having a punt, a while back, when it was higher than it is now, saying it's undervalued.

What a bore.

LOL hazl

Nothing new there, as they say it was voted upon back in June. It does not change the facts that the company is generously valued currently.

Still, I wish you well but it will bounce off whatever lows it hits in due course I expect.

Prospects of dividends are just a dream with the Greens.

Brave Bison, the digital advertising and technology services company, announces that the Reduction of Capital approved by Brave Bison shareholders in June 2024 has now become effective.

The increase in distributable reserves created by the Reduction of Capital supports both the potential future payment by the Company of dividends to Shareholders as well as future share buybacks should circumstances dictate that it is desirable to do so.

Whilst there is no current intention to return any amounts to shareholders the Board intends to keep this under review and wishes to be able to proceed if this is thought to be in Shareholders' interests.

At the annual general meeting of the Company held on 19 June 2024 (the "AGM"), all resolutions proposed to the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders"), as set out in the notice of AGM sent to Shareholders on 24 May 2024 (the "Notice of AGM"), were passed by the Shareholders.

The resolutions passed at the AGM included those in respect of the Reduction of Capital, whereby the Company proposed to cancel (i) all of the B Ordinary Shares, (ii) the share premium account, and (iii) the capital redemption reserve.

In connection with the Reduction of Capital, and in accordance with the resolutions passed at the AGM, on 7 October 2024, the Company capitalised £62,624,450 (being the amount standing to the credit of the Company's merger relief reserve) and allotted and issued 1,291,813,947 B Ordinary Shares.

The Reduction of Capital required Court approval and the Company is pleased to announce that Court approval has now been obtained. Following registration of the Court order approving the Reduction of Capital with Companies House on 17 October 2024, the Reduction of Capital is now effective, and as a result, has increased the Company's distributable reserves by £158,436,206.60.

Options:

In 2023 they granted 37,500,000 options at 2.2p

Out at the beginning of 2023 there were 63,369,125 at exercise price of 0.96p

Outstanding at year end 2023 97,809.584 at weighted average of 1.43p

Exerciseable at end of year 34,659,615 at 1.05p

As it is the company policy to issue staff with shasre options every year, how many will there be at the end of 2024?

There are already 1,298,147,280 shares in issue (well that was the number at the end of 2023)

So talking of rewards, it seems the staff had a few of those also. How were long suffering investors rewarded.

The share price at the end of 2023 stood at a little over 2p and had been above 1.5p all of 2022 and as much ast 2.4p - so no great shakes there.

Market Cap of almost £29 million.

Plenty of people like the company but if your a shareholder it does not reward you, with a dividend or a rising shareprice since the Greens took charge.

Mind you I think they have done pretty weell themselves.

I did say there were some positive ones, and as you kindly put the link up, anyone could check with ease what they are but even you pointed our a pretty negative one hazl.

Well the market thinks it's fairly price and our views differ, as I still think it is over priced based on what they might do, not the figures they have suggested they will do, cash wise it looks about fair I guess.

Revenue and operating income good growth year on year.
PER A good number with room for growth.
Not overpriced , therefore.

I believe underpriced.

Let's get the value seen and the market taking notice.
