24/5/2022 09:16 | oh my, you are one of those. no ifs ands or buts | echoridge
24/5/2022 09:08 | Do they use the Ruscombe abacus for the accounts It has a major flaw with the under repoting of actual revenues It's a dirty old game | pegasus59
24/5/2022 09:06 | How about being called an incoherent nonsense-peddler? I'm not referring to anything to do with Israel and cyber. I'm suggesting you can certainly make the case that Yoav and his team have underperformed in managing their business, that they were far too blinkered in the inherent profitability of their primary offerings and never appreciated that they needed to capture a far bigger slice of the market sooner to gain any kind of pricing power. After a now prolonged period of time, they are still not at critical mass in terms of recurring business and that is objectively a failure on their part; ie., you can fairly called it 'incompetence'. Nothing to do with the quality of their product offering within the Israeli cyber universe. I really liked Yoav and the simplicity of the business model at one time, and if I hadn't stopped myself out of much of my position because of the share's severe illiquidity, I might well still be on this board and now ranting like you. However, from here, I agree with a previous poster that this is starting to look interesting again because at 8p, I think you can buy and look again in a year. | echoridge
24/5/2022 09:03 | Not sure the company has not developed quickly? Need to see the interim numbers and see growth in the ARR versus the cost to capture. The ARR needs to be through $5.7m at end June or greater. | roleybirkin
24/5/2022 08:52 | Re rating and crashing the global economy You could easily become a conspiracy theorist Its nothing new that I had already said was going to happen. Its just so blatant I'm more than happy to be called a conspiracy theorist | pegasus59
24/5/2022 08:44 | Israeli incompetence in Cybersecurity? Very unusual for an AIM CEO to get off so lightly without a word said against him for the companies shareprice collapse Would JD get of so easy if he was the CEO at Brandshield | pegasus59
24/5/2022 08:36 | Brandshield's business has not developed as quickly or profitably as hoped and that, combined with a massive re-rating of tech and software companies worldwide, have crushed the share price. Incompetence maybe, over-promising and under-delivering for sure, but failure (to date) is not the equivalent of corruption, no matter how angry it all makes you. Insisting it does makes your views suspect and yes, borderline conspiracy theories | echoridge
24/5/2022 08:32 | Because if you look at it logically Brandshield under normal circumstances would be described as being in a death spiral RTO 20p Raise 14p Raise 8p That's either a company struggling to raise cash with no confidence from the investment sector or its simply share price manipulation to give UHNWI's control of a company that if the truth were known would be valued at >$1 Same old corrupt story taking place in Broad daylight When you highlight it your a conspiracy theorist I highlighted the problem with PPE Medpro when it was announced initially and who was involved How did that conspiracy play out? | pegasus59
24/5/2022 08:25 | Besides, if you think they are withholding (presumably positive) price sensitive information to benefits 'mates' who are getting in at the current price (if the placement were done at say, 6p, maybe your ranting would make more sense), why not shut up and just buy everything you can here at very near the same price as the 'mates' are and benefit just like them when the 'news' is revealed. | echoridge
24/5/2022 08:23 | Haha Now I can add stock market corruption to my list of conspiracies What next? Monkey pox vaccination | pegasus59
24/5/2022 08:20 | Well, possibly because, given the organisation, BRSD are doing it at cost or pro bono so it has little or no financial impact. What is wrong with you with the conspiracy theories? | echoridge
24/5/2022 08:13 | Why do they refuse to mention USA-IT Has to be a rational explanation similar to why Bidstack won't mention EA or Miniclip My educated guess is their omitting such extremely price sensitive contract news allows for easier shareprice manipulation Mates rates at Bidstack as well? | pegasus59 |
