one comment from my analysis - from the latest results -

number of revenue per customers decreased which tells me -

* that their contracts are for less - why ...
* not increasing revenue per customer means that their present customers are not broadening their contracts with their other brands in their portofoglio .... which would one expect to be so after the trial period... luckily they are renewing existing contracts
