05/12/2006 15:46 | hi muttley, the postings on this thread are just as scarce as trade in the stock. I also hope for good news before year-end. I always thought Q4 is key for software companies. So far Brady's Q4's newsflow & share price performance has been strong! M | magnerita
05/12/2006 13:06 | Due a contract ... hoping its a biggie and hence taking a while to sign off ... | muttleyrules

27/11/2006 08:30 | Stockbrokers are worse than estate agents and parking wardens ... I'd be happy to see an orderly retreat in BRY so I can top up ... I don't see many other high conviction ideas like this in the market. | muttleyrules
24/11/2006 16:51 | He was robbed! | sheik yerbouti
24/11/2006 16:48 | Appears that someone had to dump 30,000 pdq for personal reason perhaps and on a bad day got taken to the cleaners at a ridiculous 31p. That seemed to have frightened another into a sale of 10,000 as the mm's screwed around with the price and caused some uncertainty. My Broker was annoyed that he was not quick enough to pick some up at 32.5p, but then again sense the mm's may soon need stock. Well the fall gave a brief opportunity for one or two buys under 40p as apparently nothing has changed since the last RNS. That was very bullish and suggested that other contracts are likely soon. | cyberian
24/11/2006 12:47 | Yep!!!....looks that way. | cyberian
24/11/2006 12:37 | Just missed a fantastic intra-day buying opportunity ... shucks | muttleyrules
23/11/2006 15:36 | Looking at the broker's estimates they moved their revenue forecast (on Nov 2)up by 200k to £4.95m for 2007 but didn't move up the eps forecast - 4.3p. Given the last signficant contract win and the prospect of further sign ups this looks conservative. In 2004 Brady made revs of £4.8m and PBT of £1.9m and EPS of over 6p ... I think 4.3p of eps for 07 looks very conservative ... | muttleyrules
20/11/2006 12:34 | Decided to add 5,000 today at 42p as sense like muttletrules that prospects have already turned positive and likely to improve further. Would also like to see another contract soon, but guess the user sector has taken note of recent contract wins (last one being apparently very substantial), and will be looking at potential upgrade of their systems. If that happens we could see multiple contracts, and even the prospect of a suitor in for free!! Cash generation will be significant and with costs under control, profitability is likely to be way up. | cyberian
18/11/2006 17:54 | Share price consoldating at this level ... next leg up should come with another contract win ... I'm confident that we might get another 2 by year end ... that being the case ... forecasts for 2007 will have to move up and the cash pile will get even bigger ... if the share price falls back i'm adding more. | muttleyrules
13/11/2006 20:42 | Agree....Sempra case is likely to be ended soon and sense that BRY will win claim against former. Highly damaging to BRY over past year, but believe latter have held their ground and will come away from the dispute stronger. They may even secure a new working relationship with Sempra as again it appears that the 600 software is securing significant interest across the sector. The recent contract(s) have been a valuable testimony to the robustness and confidence in this upgrade. So, agree that we are close to a breakout in the share price ....fingers crossed that my confidence and view remain valid, as the positive action is more likely to accelerate into the year-end and well into '07. The recent price movement certainly suggests that my confidence is well placed... | cyberian
13/11/2006 20:04 | no sellers out there ... clearly forecasts now well underpinned ... all upside from here ... if we sort out sempra then we're really off to the races ... | muttleyrules
10/11/2006 13:25 | I'd settle for a smaller spread, a larger NMS and more trading. But then again, I want sustainable growth and a reversal of the drop in share price during 2005. ;-) | cocl2
10/11/2006 11:12 | nicely ticking up again... let's hope another contract is on the way | magnerita
03/11/2006 14:56 | welcome to the party ... think you'll see a good return ... pity the spread is still so wide ... | muttleyrules
03/11/2006 13:50 | joined you at 38p today - good luck... | unionhall
03/11/2006 11:57 | should be at 60p already ... this stock still looks outrageously cheap ... | muttleyrules
02/11/2006 15:06 | A lot of hard work involved, and sincerely believe that the company's management will have moved forward after the Sempra debacle which was clearly unforeseen. If that is also resolved soon and in good faith by both parties, then we could be seriously in for an exciting year ahead. Believe that the share price could well jump to at least 60p if the Sempra dispute is resolved...jump even more IF they remain/embrace 600 software!!! | cyberian
02/11/2006 14:56 | looks like the market is waking up as to how good this morning's news actually is... | magnerita
02/11/2006 13:49 | Looks like my wishes have come true ... this looks like a really big contract hence the comment about 2007 numbers ... this a very +ve development. Hard to believe the shares are up only 9% ... that cash pile will be growing and statement suggests there are possibly more contracts to come ... that would suggest EPS of 4.3p gets nudged up from here on in ... the recovery story continues! | muttleyrules
02/11/2006 12:39 | Look very cheap on forecasts of 2.4p this year and 4.3p for 2007, especially when you take into account the cash. | sheik yerbouti
02/11/2006 12:22 | Don't want to speak too soon but we may just be on the start of a roll!! Cash accumulation will be quite strong next year as most product costs have been already absorbed. Very promising share price action so far today... | cyberian |
