Looks like I was wrong yesterday, gap filled today. after that strong price rise when it hit 274 and bounced looked like they were done with it.
Just shows how the US markets affect UK stocks.
One more gap lower down 254, sure some of you dont want hear that.

Target today 280 gap 282.5

ok well 272.5 never got hit, 274 I think was the lowest, as close as it could get, massive bounce off that low so I think we have seen the bottom now.

I'd say it has now reached the lower part of its channel. I'd show you on a graph but I basically can't do it on my phone

I suspect most on here are wary of what they read on bb's but for those tempted re the glossy picture the above might be worth a quick read.

Another poster added to my filter list.

Yet another rampper, posted 10 of these so far on bb`s, how on earth do they think they can influence the price by this.

PS, actually must be cleverer than me as he can post pictures lol.

Anyone here familiar with the possible LUCID Motors CCIV SPAC Merger on NYSE?
I've bought a load of NYSE: CCIV ,already up over 100% on the rumour.

The Lucid EV's are absolutely beautiful, knock spots off Tesla, even Jim Cramer thinks LUCID could be worth more than Tesla Motors

CCIV MCAP $2.5bn, Tesla $900bn, nuff said

Good day imastu

There is considerable resistance at the 240 zone as at middle of 2020. It requires a good 'slug' of buying to make the break up. They are probably a better bet than oil but still closely related to the oil sector.

A volatile week ahead in the US and then Mr Biden will be 'doing his stuff'.

Pretty awesome stuff, bracke!

Showing similar cowardice as on here, I sold quite a chunk of what I had in the 230s - just as it was well up from the 180s I bought in at, and needed the funds elsewhere. Started to buy them back, too soon as always, and now I have no more (spare) money to throw at them for the time being.

And same applies to to BP., tempted though I am. I guess the gap at 271 beckons.

Still think I prefer the HTG exposure to the oil sector - it has bigger swings for a start, but also it is less exposed to the oil price itself (I think).

Not unhappy, I see plenty of opportunities for those 2 (BP and HTG), plus others - but positioned mainly for a windfall from precious metals miners with production updates this week. If said windfalls don't happen, it'll be back to sleep...
