Very good news this morning on a rethink of strategy involving minerals other than diamonds. Lets hope that this leads a long overdue recovery - shareholders have taken a beating over the last few months. |

10% down yesterday on news of a mining being issued...which would normally be good for an exploration company but the market is articulating what diamonds now mean. ie no if not negative value. A spectacular display of s/h value destruction with massive potential dilution so hopefully the board will finally shift its focus to where value really lies - in base and battery minerals. They have the targets for these, so should move on them quickly to rescue what is a fairly dire situation. Capital raise coming with big dilution consequences. |

Given their "focus" - the word "focus" and one of the clontarf kennels is not something most would put together.
Half a dozen or so people - focusing on....
Botswana , South Africa, Ghana , Jordan, Iraq, Ireland , Offshore Australia, South America , India , USA, gold, diamonds , oil, gas , lithium and there are so many more I have forgotten them....
I cannot imagine half a dozen or so LESS focussed business - I would say leaders - but they have no one to lead and they don't operate projects , so , business administrators.... (look up synonyms for operator you might find something more suitable).
But the message is the same , project talked about for a couple of years a contractor moved on site and got as far as "care and maintenance in October 2023" and nothing is happening again.....
No surprise there then , words , in this case are not cheap 162 losses are what? £45-£55 million so far ? |

Yes, we hope to have some news on TR soon. It maybe too early to drill due to the low diamond price and yes, we are always looking for quality JVs.
