This has been very quiet for a long time.
Does anybody have any idea when we'll get news?
I'm finding the radio silence on Thorny River especially puzzling - earlier this year they drilled a 22m kimberlite intersection (equal to their previous best) and barely hyped it at all. What's going on? Are they in talks with a potential buyer / partner?

The building blocks are being put in place, one by one. At some point there realisation of the bigger picture emerging, at which stage this stock will run. Hard.

Just need to look at the history to see how fast this moves. TR mine plan in place and interested parties sniffing around and this will fly. Happy to wait until that day comes.

Fenners you know exactly what I meant. The remaining percentage is a legal requirement beyond a company’s control.
TBTT hi yes agree, I sincerely hope BOD has the balls to do this on their own, am sure there will be plenty of investors happy to contribute to the (relatively low) funding requirement.

Well, at some point (once the mining permit is granted - 6 months?) we're going to come to the question of how to finance mining Thorny River, which I expect to require (very roughly) something between $3 and $7m.
I'd be happy to take part in a rights issue. I want to be a part of this.

This is good news.BOD now owns the maximum stake that it can and has the controlling interest. SAE part ownership is a legal requirement.This deal has completed as planned and as advised to shareholders in the RNS of 29 Sep 2021.No surprises here.

If you believe that Thorny River has huge potential (as, presumably, most BOD shareholders do, or at least those who know and have researched it) you also know it makes total sense that BOD has 100% and minority interests are taken out of the equation.
Hopefully with this finally out of the way we can look forward to mining permit and plan.

Hi PJL - the warrants were 'attached' to shares in a placing in January 2021, they can be converted anytime until January 2023. To convert them the holder has paid the company 0.6p per warrant and one warrant converts into one share.
This conversion constitutes nearly all of the warrants issued in that placing. Jim Finn and James Campbell took part in that placing too.
Given (lack of) recent volume in the shares (not 47m worth anyway) it looks like the shares are being held on to (though who knows!).
