An update on how they are spending cash with the new BOD members compared with previous, update on Acquisition targets (FX sector other potentials) and a forward looking statement (How long cash will last). As per the last update, the BOD don't expect C19 to have a long term impact to the business as per the last update. Investor presentation is worth a read from here:https://bihplc.com/Fragmented global FX market valued at $5.1tn/day presents a host of acquisition opportunities? New FCA guidance is a welcome step forward for UK SPACs- August 17, 2021The rules for SPACs are changing – a move that could breathe fresh life into the London market.New regulation that came into force last week provides extra flexibility for large Special Purpose Acquisition Companies while offering greater protection for investors. The changes relate to the thorny issue of automated trading suspensions. SPACs that raise at least £100m at IPO will no longer have their shares suspended once an acquisition target is announced provided that they meet a number of criteria promoting investor protection. This addresses the quandary of investors being locked in at the most pivotal stage of a SPAC's lifecycle, unable to access their capital and exit their position until a prospectus has been published, and brings the LSE into line with other major exchanges.Under the new regime, to avoid share suspension, SPACs are to provide investors with a 'redemption' option so they can exit before an acquisition is completed. They must also, among other measures, ensure money raised from public shareholders is ringfenced and that shareholder approval is sought for any proposed acquisition.....Https://businesscloud.co.uk/opinion/new-fca-guidance-is-a-welcome-step-forward-for-uk-spacs/

Barclays TR1 does look like nom account (Somone still took a wedge). Monecor did however up their position. CLNs reduced the % but the share value didn’t change. I think this is the best SPAC I’ve found on LSE targeting FX sector, under the radar. I’ll still be here in 1 year. It’s a long for me.

I bought 1% of the company and moved the price. I'm long. This price will stick. It's not a pump and dump Barclays upped their position and Recent CLNs, Monecor upped their position (CLNs changed their holding it's not a sell), This is what was rare for me: BIH had the most TR1s purchased in the last 30 days on caps 1m and below on the entire LSE, the float is 5%, it's on the official list, the raised recently, the price is 47% down since jan. They have a list of Acquisition potentials to select from. And results are on the 18th, we might get an update on Acquisitions.I'll be interviewing the CEO on Vox soon on the roast if all goes to plan.

No. Its moved because the USUAL twitter crew are constantly posting the BIH hashtag to flood the newsfeed for their minions. It's a case of feeding their fomo.Is there anything solid behind the rise?. NO. Just highly speculative words used to make the minions think the the twitter pumpers know something.Know the game.
