$40 per person per month. Oh come on who are they trying to kid. Total annual listing fees are about £250k. You would need 7,575 customers just to cover that never mind funds to operate and pay fat executive fees.

Mr White your judgement is far to influenced from years of disappointments. Give BOS a chance you don't have enough evidence to pigeon hole them just yet. They seem to be making the right moves to get this off the ground and they're going about their business "efficiently". ;)

tidy2 - "The share price has come from 3p. Duh"

No the share price fell from 8p doh

Mr_Dross - "this company is not an aim lifestyle company"

This is what the whole argument is about and why the shareprice is going nowhere despite news of product launches. The recent placing at 9p when boasting of conversions at 16p for 12 months suggests it is.

But as I say the jury are still out on this company.

the 9p placing had no warrants attached unlike most placings .. they could have got a lot more if they wanted .. also teh fact that DJFT also converted the following day at 16p . send that arguement out the window .. this company is not an aim lifestyle company .. it has a real product .. in the marketplace and its first contract was signed which means recuring revenues

India Software Development Centre commenced full operations on 01/12/2016. How could they have signed a commercial contract already. Where was the MOU or trial period for the client.

I believe the statement to be true but the contract is likely to be internal. For example with with DJFT, Meetingly, Kronologica, BOS360, an associated company or a company one of the employees (MT) has already done business with.

BOS is a new company and time should be given for them to develop their plan and products but there is no PI shareholder value today.

An example is the waffle below.

BOS is a new start up company that launched on the AIM on 30/08/2016. This is also the date the company was technically formed.

At least 18 - 24 months trading is required before any shareholder value can be attributed to it.

The only tangible value it has at the moment is the £600k raised at 9p. The valuation today of £6 million 10x that is ludicrous.

We now know the products if they ever launch will be subscription based which is a far cry from the bank, insurance and fintech contracts many BB posters and perhaps the company were leading others to believe.

BOS can grow in time but it has nothing as yet except access to PI money via its listing.

Price unchanged. I was about to say they are not fooling anybody any longer. But I think they still are. They are fooling mug PIs but not those who stumped up the £600k. I think those are the big sells still being off loaded onto mug punters.

There is nothing in the update that is of any commercial value. Australian Tax Rebate. You get tax rebates when you're not making any money.

USD30 per person per month in 2017. Who is paying this individual subscibers or companies?

But again what is it they actually do?. What are people paying for. This is suppose to be a FinTech company offering financial services to the banking, insurance and financial industry.

"India Software Development Centre, ...with representative offices to be maintained in Australia, London, Hong Kong, San Francisco, New York and India". If you're all about efficiency why are you opening offices all over the world. Offices are extremely expensive operations to run. Today companies close offices and move everything onto the internet.

I also note the Nasdaq listing for 2017/2018 is conspicuous by its absence.

Sorry gentlemen its all vacuous hype. We are now talking about an internet based subscription model as opposed to direct fintech contracts with financial organisations.

I would imagine the next discounted placing is not too far away.
