he had to convert the last of the 6p or let it lapse .. what would you have done .. also dont forget they are locked in for 12 months .. the next conversion will be in two weeks at 16p ...



take advantage of any dip and lock them away for a year

Next trache agreed at 16 p starting on 15th Dec they must be confident also first tranche has 12month lock in . Time to top up ?

Collaboration opportunities and technical expertise via the Ag-I Solutions development team, and 5. Reduced operational expense in terms of BOS expansion, software development and support costs. Recently, BOS GLOBAL has attracted attention as a result of recent announcements relating to its convertible loan notes, BOS360 products and appointments. This correlated with an increase in share trading and resulting share price.

To my surprise, was the surprise of others.

When asked 'why?' my response has been simple – the facts were in the market well beforehand.

When asked ‘what facts?'

1. Patents granted and pending (pre-AIM listing via BOS GLOBAL website).

2. Variation to the Convertible Loan Note and lock-in for additional 12-months at £0.06 pence per share announced 30 August 2016.

3. At the same time announcing a further increase in my family trust investment from December 2016, and with a conversion price of £0.16 pence and further lock-in post each monthly conversion.

4. Shareholder presentation 2nd September 2016.

5. Binding Heads of Agreement with Ag-I Solutions Limited on 20 October 2016.

My family trust investment is based upon calculating risk as the Company Managing Director, my decision making is forever calculating and managing risk knowing that without risk there is no innovation.

My objective is for the Company is to build shareholder value by its people and clients of BOS360 Work Patterns being efficient, productive and making better fact-based decisions.

well it was a strong close today . even though they dropped the bid on the close you the offer was still 13,92 .. i think the bid will rise on the open .. and we will push on towards 15p+ tomorrow without news .. today was teh last day for the final 6p cln conversion .. i expect an rns saying it was converted by MT .. and he stated in teh tiptv interview he will be converting on teh 15th to coinside with bosmeet launch
