So why not sell, you clearly do not believe that the company has a future, so why torture yourself.

1. Oíl price was too low before
2. Technological advances have now
made extraction much cheaper
3. Argentinian considerations are
not so relevant now

Once again i ask, do you actually hold any shares here, if you do then why have you not sold given your consistently negative views, and if you do not then why are you wasting time in this manner.

The British have been making speeches about the Falklands since 1982 but the bottom line is exploration is risky and expensive and unless the find is amazing wont be worth developing in such a remote location. This is particularly so given the rigs would be in easy missle range of Argentinian planes and ships. So far, at any rate, the evidence is we are not dealing with another North Sea, and that only got developed because the British gov bankrolled BP and told them to drill until they found oil. Twently wells later they found the forties field followed by brent and the rest is history.

Over on the LSE board there is a link to a Youtube recording of Dave's recent speech to the Falklanders. Well worth a listen.
Difficult not to feel excited about the future potential for Bor !

Read it and same old same old. Says nothing we dont already know. Just a takeover might do it but likely a 2p one so go back to sleep for another 10 years.

Over on the LSE board somebody has posted an article from the MercoPress detailing comments made by Dave during his visit to the Falklands. Well worth a read for anybody who believes, as I do, that one day oíl will flow in the Falklands.

Yes logic dictates Briocombe fronting for a Calgary or Alberta oil company about to table a 4p or 5p offer

Possibly Briocombe insisted on changing the CEO but the replacement wont be able to work miracles either
